As you step into our cabin, you'll be greeted by the lower level's spacious bunk room—an inviting haven with two bunk beds, each featuring a queen-sized lower bed, a twin-sized upper bed and an upper loft with a single bed, 2 large Smart TV's to enjoy your favorite shows or watch a movie. There is a bathroom on this level, making this area perfect for families or larger groups. This wonderful room also has a ping pong table and arcade game table featuring 60 different old school games...a great place for some friendly competition! This level has its own furnace with forced air so you can set it to your perfect temperature for maximum comfort. Ascending to the second floor, you'll discover two private bedrooms, each adorned with cozy furnishings, an electric fireplace for added warmth and ambience along with its own bathroom for added comfort. A laundry area is also conveniently located on this level, providing all the amenities needed for a home away from home. With comfort in mind, we added air conditioning to our central forced air heating system for the 2nd & 3rd levels controlled by a thermostat located on 3rd level. Not many properties have AC on the mountain...when we purchased this we were told it wasn't necessary, however we realized it was and would be a benefit so we had an AC installed. Welcome to our “Cinema Condo”! After renting many places in Brian Head over several years, we purchased this unit and incorporated all the amenities we wanted into one fantastic vacation rental. Plus, we host a fun "Cinema" theme throughout, where you can test your movie knowledge and discover a variety of nostalgic film references in each room. We are in Giant Steps Building 1 on the first floor. This is the closest ski-in / ski-out residential building on the mountain. You literally walk down the hall and can be at the Giant Steps Express lift in under 3 minutes. (Yes, we timed it… and if you are visiting in the summer and not carrying skis/snowboards through snow, you can get there in less than a minute.) The Snow Tubing Park is halfway between the Cinema Condo and the Giant Steps Express lift (a good 20 -30 second walk from our door). An epic sledding hill for the kids is also right outside, so feel free to use the sleds on our porch. After an awesome time out on the slopes, take the “Shotgun” trail down the mountain and ski/board or mountain bike back to the doorsteps of our building.As you prepare your meals in our fully stocked kitchen, with an air fryer, crockpot, toaster, oven, and microwave - take turns playing the old-school Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) or "Back to the Future" monopoly with your friends and family. The "Office Space" working desk with a wall-attached monitor is also there if you need to get TPS reports or other work done during your stay.Enjoy all your streaming platforms on our 4k TV while sitting by the fireplace... or explore the "Owner's Movie Essentials" selection of Blu-ray/DVDs curated by the owners (2 entertainment industry professionals). After playing Top Gun (on either the NES or TV), put on your bathing suit and stop by the photo of "The Hustler" (Paul Newman) as you exit... because that’s where you’ll find the pool cues. Then head down to the Community Clubhouse for some fun and relaxation. Play billiards, ping pong, or air hockey, then relax in the sauna or slide into the hot tub. Our condo is next to the Giant Steps Ski Lift & Lodge. It’s a short walk across the parking lot to the lifts, restaurants, Brian Head General Store, and tubing hill. Enjoy quick access to the ski lifts as well as mountain biking trails & hiking in the summer months. Bristlecone Park is south of our building which offers sledding/tubing in the winter months as well as fishing, kayaking, picnic tables, basketball, pickle ball & volleyball courts along with fire pits in the summer. (Outdoor equipment provided)Our condo has been beautifully remodeled and has 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom’s (Sleeps 6). The master bedroom has a king size bed and separate bathroom. The upstairs loft has a queen size bed plus built-in twin bunk beds with 2nd bathroom. The second loft/kids room has 2 twin beds with lots of games. Laundry closet is also located upstairs. Our condo is great for families with ample room for everyone. The updated kitchen includes everything you should need during your stay. All linens provided. Panguitch Lake is less than 30 minutes of Brian Head. For mountain bikers this is the destination spot for many mountain bike tournaments during the summer months.The Brian Head resort winter activities include skiing, tubing, snow shoeing, hiking, and snow mobile trails. Summer activities include mountain biking with rentals available, family adventure trail, scenic lift rides, tubing, climbing wall, zip line, archery, bungee trampoline, and disc golf course.
