This 1400 square foot space has all the amenities. Enjoy our new hanging swings and outdoor fireplace! We now have a new hot tub that seats 7 guests. We recently built a new private observation deck overlooking the river!Please note: The main house upstairs is the owners residence and will be occupied by the them most of the time. We do have 3 small dogs in a fenced in area. They are very friendly. Your pets and service support pets are always welcome. Your lower level home is completely private, locked and secure. We do not share any spaces except possibly outdoor in the garage parking lot area. We have a backup generator in case of power outage and we always plow the snow in winter. We are located not far from the highway, only minutes from the famous Smolen-Gulf covered bridge/Indian trails park and Brants apple orchard. Not far from Geneva on the Lake and SPIRE institute. Close to the Harbor, Walnut Beach and Lake Shore Park. See the magnificent Lake Erie with boating and fishing access. Visit our local wineries and enjoy downtown shopping. You can walk to Walnut Beach from the house by going down the sidewalk toward the entrance. There is a large public parking lot that is located closer to the beach so it would be much easier to drive and park there if you are taking a lot of things with you to the beach. At the bottom of the hill behind the house, there is a drinking water treatment facility that does not obstruct the view of the lake.
