This condo has less than a 2 block street walking access to Angel Fire Resort or choose the trail access directly to the mountain base(depending on snow depth). Angel Fire shuttle service ,Village Ski Shop and the ski shop sledding hill are also available just steps below condo complex. ****Must have 4WD/AWD to access condo when snow and ice present*****- Parking: Free parking provided. Designated space is a short walkway and 6 steps up to condo door. Additional parking spaces free as needed along back hillside. - Entry Level: Large mud room storage wall. Living room with electric fireplace, TV , sectional sofa and dining room table. Off of kitchen is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. King bedroom off of bathroom has a smart TV with mountain views. Balcony/main patio is accessible through both bedroom and living room. Patio is equipped with table, 4 chairs, and small electric grill with views of Wheeler Peak and other surrounding mountains. -Upper level: One flight of stairs up from the entry level is a master bedroom and full bathroom with step in shower. King sized bed and smart TV.
