Masters week, inquire about the main house and the guest house. Both houses comfortably accommodate 15 guests. Includes 7 bedrooms (2 king, 3 queen, 1 full, 1 twin) and a couch and air mattress w 6 baths.The spaceThe property can accommodate up to 8 horses short-term, with 4 dry stalls and 7 paddocks available for self-care. Horses are $25/night/horse or $300/month. The entire property is fenced with with 3-board fencing and a gated entry. For stays over one month, additional cleanings will be provided every 30 days upon request. For shorter stays, additional cleanings can be provided at your request for an additional $80/cleaning at guest's expense.Guest accessGuests have full access to the guest house and the yard. You are welcome to walk the property and meet its many residents (horses, dogs, cats, and chickens). All we ask is that you don’t feed any of the animals without permission. There is also an empty lot next door owned by the neighboring church. We do have permission to use the ball field and walk their trails.Other things to noteOne friendly, well-mannered, house trained dog or cat is welcome with a $25 non refundable pet deposit. Additional pets welcome on a case-by-case basis. Guest is responsible for any damage done by their pet. Please communicate that you would like to bring more than one pet before making your reservation. Please note that while the yard is fenced for large animals (horses), the yard is not fenced to contain dogs. It is highly recommended that your animal remain on a leash at all times outdoors.Up to 4 dry stalls and paddocks available for an additional $25/horse/night or $300/month. Sunny was named due to the beautiful sunlight that shines through the windows on both sides of the flat. It is most beloved by our guests due to the room space and the very comfy furniture. A large and very comfy kingsize bed is in a large bedroom. The linens are white and soft. There is a concrete deck at both the front and back doors. The kitchen has bright white cabinets and a round table that seats 4; the living room is so comfy with a soft couch, large screen TV, and beautiful lamps. There are also a few fantastic books to read on the bookshelf. All of our guests have loved staying at Sunny. The front faces many colossal pine trees that sway in the wind. There is a total of 9 acres on our property. Our seven flats are all located on two acres. There is a walking path on the back of our property. We are wannabe farmers and hope to introduce chickens this spring. We have a wonderful garden, a backyard playhouse, and a zip line. We welcome all ages. The patio is furnished with chairs and a table and a market umbrella.No trips to the laundry mat. Our Large Laundry Closet has shelves for storage and includes a washer and dryer. All linens, towels, wash clothes and sheets are white, crisp, clean, and well-stocked.Our Full bath has a full-size tub with a shower and the bedroom has a beautiful queen-size heirloom iron bed with comfy bedding and a large walk-in closet for clothes and storage, an ironing board, and a vacuum.Flat 145 also has assigned two-car parking at your door.
