Our maid has attended a Covid disinfecting course and received her certification in proper disinfection techniques.Check in is 3:00 pm and Checkout is 11:00 am, many days we will have new guest coming the same day you check out. Our maid needs adequate time to clean, change linens and disinfect the house. If you are interested in early check in or late check out please contact me, at times it may be possible.We have 3 queen beds, 2 non pull out couches and 4 foam sleeping mats. The house can only accommodate 10 people using these resources.We provide 6 bath towels, 2 wash clothes, 2 rolls of paper towels and 4 rolls of toilet paper. We provide 2 large beach towels as a courtesy, if you think you may need more, please bring additional supplies. There is a Keurig coffee maker and traditional coffee maker, you will need to bring the coffee that you wish to brew in them.We provide 10+ plastic stack chairs and various others lounging chairs. We try hard to keep the mechanic loungers lubricated but with the constant salt air they can sometimes be a challenge to operate.The Guest booking & staying at the property acknowledges responsibility for the conduct of all invitees and must be 25 years of age or older. People under 25 attempting to book this condo will be declined and we reserve the right to cancel any booking for any person found to be under 25 that has already booked.Please don't park directly in front of the house except to load/unload, there are 2 houses that use the roadway to access their property. You may park in our driveway (2 small cars or 1 big), across from the house next to the rock pile (1-2 cars), or below, against the short rock wall (vehicles with trailers, 3-4 cars).We do our best to keep the Internet router and connection working properly. We guarantee that the service is paid for and we pay for the best internet speeds available, that said, it is Mexico and occasionally the system slows down or experiences issues. Should the Internet go down please make us aware of the issue, we will contact the provider and attempt to have the problem fixed.If the BBQ propane runs out please contact us, we typically have full cylinders on the property that you can switch out. if you are not comfortable doing this we can have the Maintenance person come and do this for you. Please do not place charcoal in the propane grill for any reason.The water heater is a gas "Tankless" on demand type, it produces abundant hot water but does take some time to travel to the fixtures.We have ocean side patio lights, look for the exterior wall mounted switch under the plastic weather cover.Our home is a very clean and comfortable ocean front home. We try hard to keep the prices reasonable compared to other 3 bedroom pet friendly spaces. The minimum stay is 3 nights. The house was built to entertain, without feeling crowded.The house has 2 master bedrooms with oceanview and private bathrooms. The private bathrooms have granite counter tops and open showers.They open into a large gathering room with a 25 foot brick dome ceiling, family room and kitchen that looks out on the ocean. There is a large lower covered patio area and an upper tanning deck. The four back bedrooms open up on another brick domed family room. The back 4 bedrooms have access to the bathrooms that are between the two bedrooms rooms (Jack n Jill style) bathrooms on both sides of the family area. They are large bathrooms with dual sinks granite counter tops and granite showers. The house has travertine floors with a 5 star resort look. Like many beach front homes in Mexico the house incorporates solar technology. It is powered by the sun and a large battery bank. The water is trucked in to fill a large water tank under the garage. It is totally self contained and a backup generator is provided. The house solar which allows us to offer an affordable rate to our guest. We try to limit the number of occupants to 12 because of water and electrical management. We ask that you have a conservative approach when it comes to water and electrical consumption. The Sea of Cortez is not about the house. It is about the enjoying the breath taking beauty of the beach. It was built for family and friends to get away and have fun. The house is equipped with bocce sets, horse shoes, bean toss, kayaks, fishing equipment and lounge chairs. In town you will find scuba diving tours, cocktail cruises, deep sea fishing, sports bars, restaurants, shopping and other adventures. This is not San Diego but the Paradise described in many Jimmy Buffet songs.
