The villa is clean and hygienic. The most important thing is that there is a private sauna room. There is a large swimming pool with two large bathtubs. There is a large kitchen for cooking. 👍👍 Next time you can join your family or friends.
We will welcome you on the hill of the famous spring "Shirahama Onsen" in Kishu Wakayama.

Location: The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the bus station Jiangjinliang, but there is a section of uphill road, walking is more tired. However, the hotel provides pick-up and drop-off from Baibin Station and needs to be reserved in advance.

Service: Very polite and polite, the waiter will take the initiative to say hello every day.
Hygienic: The room is very new and the hygiene is very good.
Hot springs: No large baths, all are private soup. Can see the sea, but far away.

I would like to call it a seaside hotel that you must stay in your life. The hotel recommended by the up-loader made me embark on a third trip to Wakayama. It is also my fate with Wakayama, or this land has a magical power that makes me go there again and again and amazes and heals me every time. I am a little off topic, so let's get back to the hotel. The hotel is located in the heart of Wakayama, at an unmanned station called Jiangzhu. You must plan your journey well and make full use of the Wakayama area JR five-day pass. At the same time, you must plan the train schedule carefully. I won't go into other details. Go and experience it yourself. It will definitely leave a special and unique memory.

The sea view room was great, very clean and tidy, beautiful and comfortable, private outdoor spring in the room, excellent for staying in the room. However, the meals were very disappointed that were unexpected to cost about US$600 for a night including dinner and breakfast for 2 adults and a kid. In particular, the foods for my kid were unacceptable for this price. The restaurant was not clean and the staff were not attentive.
We booked the room through Trip.com and mentioned we have a 9 years old kid with us. The staff said they have no such record and required me to prove. Luckily I have the booking record in my App and showed them we did. Then, they said it should be the problem from Trip.com. And then, they said ok and would cost 25000 yen extra for my kid. I accepted, and then they said they could not provide an extra bed for my kid and reduced the cost to 20000 yen, and I also accepted. As a customer, I felt this was not attentive and not polite to request me to prove I had mentioned a kid for the booking. That’s all fine, but the quality and taste for the meals were really unacceptable at this price range, the breakfast was horrible. At last, my case wasn’t a communication problem because the staff who talked to us wasn’t a Japanese and was a native English speaker. Anyhow, the facilities and the room of this hotel were excellent, but the meals and services were not worth for this price.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel!
The view from our room was amazing and we particularly enjoyed the private onsen, which allowed us to unwind while watching the stunning sunset. The staff were all very friendly and polite, which made our stay even better.
However, the hotel's location is next to the beach, which means you have to climb a slope to get there. It is also quite far from the JR station, and the only public transportation available is a 30-minute bus ride.
Additionally, there are no restaurants or convenience stores nearby, so you might want to plan ahead for meals.

The room is not as old as it looks in the photos. The price-performance ratio is high for one night and two meals. Xiao Bai of Kaiseki cuisine is satisfied. There are free drinks and coffee in the lobby in the afternoon, and free wine after 7pm. There is a white sand beach outside the hotel lobby, and you can see Yuanyue Island in a 6-minute walk. At 6am, I went to the second floor to take a bath, which is equivalent to a private bath, looking at the blue Pacific Ocean👍. After all, the hotel is a bit old, and there is a musty smell in the room. Just keep the dehumidifier on, and sleep anyway.

🩵Location: I bought a three-day ticket for the Meiko bus on my phone in advance. I got there when I got off at Zouyu Station. I was facing Shirarahama Beach🏝️, which was very cool😻! There was a lady at the door to greet me, and there was also a waiter who could speak Chinese. She was a very gentle and lovely lady🫶🏻
💙Full sea view room: Because I was in Shirahama for 3 days and 2 nights in total, I planned to book a cheaper room on the first night and booked late. There was only the last Japanese-style room. I used Ctrip points and the room price was less than 1,000, but it was really a surprise🤩! The Japanese-style room is very spacious, and there is a bed-making service at night. The highlight is this first-line sea view balcony🌊, which is worth the price! And the bathrooms are all newly renovated~
🩶Hot spring hotel: If the only thing this hotel lacks is that there is no outdoor hot spring, everything else can be given full marks. On the left hand side of the hotel is Nagakyu Izakaya, and a little further ahead is Lawson convenience store.

GGuest UserFirst of all, the environment is very clean and the location is easy to find. You can take the bus directly from the JR station to Shirahama Station. You can walk there in five minutes according to the navigation. The owner's sister is a Chinese compatriot who has lived in Japan for many years. The breakfast prepared for the guests is also very exquisite. Knowing that the baby had a birthday that day, she specially prepared noodles and poached eggs in the morning, which was a surprise for the baby who loves noodles. On the last day, she also helped us book the best restaurant in this trip to Japan. The B&B is on Ginza Street. There are delicious restaurants around the B&B. The white sand beach is a five-minute walk across the street. I will choose here next time I come to Shirahama.
KKstt27The ONSEN ryokan is located a bit off the street but Shirahama center is very small. You are able to walk from the Ryokan to the center and Shirahama beach within 10 mins. There are 2 supermarkets nearby. One of them opens 24/7. The decoration in the Ryokan looks very showa style. The staff here are friendly and helpful.
GGuest UserThe service is excellent. All staff will explain when checking in and eating. The location is also very convenient. You can get there by getting off the Sunshine Bus. The breakfast and dinner buffet is very cost-effective. I strongly recommend the steak, which is full of milk flavor. It is oily and has no tendons. The meatless soup in the evening is also worth a try.
CCinderella PrincessIf I come to Shirahama alone next time, I will still choose this hostel.
During the off-peak season, you are very likely to have a room for one person, and each room is divided into four single rooms, so you don't disturb each other.
The key is that the location is just opposite Shirahama, and there is Marriott on the mountain next to it. Marriott is 1500, and here is 170.
The hot spring ♨️ in the hostel is also very good, with a relatively high water temperature, which is super refreshing. For such a cheap price, there is also breakfast, which is very simple, with bread, eggs, and coffee.
Take the Meiko bus 🚌 from Shirahama Station to S-16 or S-17 Mabiyu Station, and get off. MU is a pink building on the slope between the two stations.
The front desk service is very enthusiastic, you can wash and dry clothes, and you can lock and store your luggage yourself🛅Perfect
GGuest UserIndustrial style design, simple and bright, very cool! You can share the hotel's hot springs, 👍... The location is very good, you can walk to the attractions! The pastries in the lobby are very delicious 😋! Sitting by the infinity pool facing the Pacific Ocean, soaking your feet and watching the sunset, a very special experience!
ЮЮрий555Grampus Shirahama A modest hotel right near the ocean. The room was clean, but the air conditioning was all dirty. I wouldn’t want to stay here in summer. The breakfast was nearly the same as in every other hotel in Japan, though the grilled fish was a bit stale. The dining room has a wonderful view over the ocean. The staff almost didn’t speak English but tried to help anyways. Plus: the hotel has its own onsen. Minus: no bathroom in the rooms, only toilets on the floor, no shower.
ZZaraZhang1122The hotel is opposite to Shirahama Beach. The hotel is quite old. We booked the private indoor bath. It is very convenient. The tatami is also comfortable to sleep on. However, you have to lay the tatami yourself. There is no suitable bathrobe in the room. There is a ramen restaurant next to it and a Family Mart across the street. The bus station is very close.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel has a large free parking lot. It is very close to park outside and then go to the front desk to check in... The waiter will drive to each room. If you check in during peak hours, the waiting time for the battery car is very long. Overall, it is a resort suitable for one experience. Breakfast and dinner are quite satisfactory... Next to the toretore seafood market, the location is still great!
GGuest UserThe room is very general, it is the worst I have ever lived, that is, cheap, but the health is not flattering, and the check-in is not smooth, I have a front desk when I arrive at the store, but I don’t give it to me. I have to handle it by email. I can’t handle it on Android mobile phones. Then the front desk secretly disappeared and did not appear. I could not handle it. In the end, Trip.com could not solve it in the middle of the night, but recommended to me a Chinese to help me handle it successfully. I only lived in. I could go to see the sunset and see the fire. I was affected and very angry.
