Both bedrooms have a zip link superking, so they can be used as a double or 2 singles. One has an ensuite shower room and spacious bedroom with doors leading to the rear garden, whilst the other has windows that over looks the garden. Both shower rooms are at lower floor level. The third bedroom is in the attic space and accessed by stairs by the front door. A convenient entrance level cloak room / utility room is found in the hall area. The rear garden is enclosed with a picnic table for guest uses it can be accessed by a gate way from the parking area. Pigallie Heights is close to Porthtowan and Portreath Beaches.
