Hotel dengan Wifi di Hounslow

Hotel ini terhubung dengan Terminal 5 Heathrow, sehingga sangat nyaman untuk kedatangan dan keberangkatan. Sarapan ala Baratnya sangat lezat. Pelayanannya juga cukup baik. Dengan transit 22 jam di Terminal 5, saya bisa punya beberapa jam untuk menjelajahi London setelah menginap semalam. Staf resepsionis sangat membantu dalam membantu transportasi ke dan dari London. Namun, kamarnya kuno, dengan seprai dan handuk mandi yang menguning, tampak agak tidak terawat. Pasta gigi tidak disediakan di kamar, dan saya tidak yakin apakah resepsionis akan menyediakannya jika diminta. Secara keseluruhan, dari segi kenyamanan, hotel ini merupakan pilihan yang baik untuk menginap satu malam.

Hotel yang sempurna untuk semua penggemar pesawat. Ada bar di puncak gedung dengan pemandangan bandara 360 derajat dengan banyak pilihan minuman dan makanan. Ruangan itu sendiri luas, modern, dan memiliki pemandangan landasan pacu yang indah. Satu-satunya negatif adalah mereka tidak menyediakan air pelengkap di kamar, atau tidak ada buku informasi tentang hotel, yang akan berguna.

I would highly recommend the Renaissance Hotel to everyone. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We stayed in an Executive Room with a runway view, which also gave us access to the Executive Lounge — a great experience overall. The food quality was very good, and the breakfast was definitely a highlight of the hotel, with a wide variety of options available. A special mention to Faris, who was very professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. He went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Anifa at reception was also very friendly and efficient, ensuring our check-in process was smooth and completely hassle-free. Mesley in the Executive Lounge was also very friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic stay — 5 out of 5 stars 🌟

Mixed Experience at Hilton Syon Park: Room Delays, Unexpected Pool & other charges Rating: ★★★☆☆ I recently stayed at the Hilton Syon Park for four nights and had a mixed experience overall. While the hotel had some positive aspects, there were also a couple of disappointing aspects that affected my overall satisfaction. Let's start with the positives. The majority of the staff members I encountered during my stay were friendly and helpful (80% are foreigners). They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests, which made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Additionally, the hotel's breakfast, while very basic is just acceptable. The room was quite spacious and beddings satisfactory. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. Firstly, upon checking in at 5pm, I was disappointed to find that my room was not ready until 6:30pm. Although the gentleman at the front desk was kind and apologetic about the delay, it was an inconvenience after a long journey and negatively impacted my initial impression of the hotel. Another unexpected disappointment was the pool usage policy. I was surprised to discover that there was a charge of £25 per person for a 90-minute session to access the hotel pool, something that isn’t mentioned anywhere on trip.com. Considering the Hilton brand and the premium I paid, I did not anticipate such an additional cost for utilizing the pool facilities. This seemed disproportionate and out of line with the expectations I had for a hotel of this caliber. I heard other people complaining about it, even others complaining that they had paid for it and it was smelly. Additionally, it's worth noting that while complimentary water was provided in the room on the first night, I was surprised to find that there was a charge for the water on the following nights. This was unexpected, as I would have assumed that water would continue to be complimentary throughout my stay. It would have been helpful for this information to be communicated clearly, again not a nice feeling from a Hilton. On the whole, while the Hilton Syon Park had several positive aspects, such as friendly staff and an acceptable breakfast, there were a few disappointments that affected my overall impression. The delay in room availability during check-in, the unexpected charges for pool usage, and the shift from complimentary to paid water in the room were not in line with the level of service and value I expected from a Hilton.

Location is near walking distance to Hounslow Central tube station. Many outlets for eating and groceries shop , close to Hounslow high street. The whole guest house is quite clean , spacious ,  modernised and eye catching decorations. I booked for the cheapest a small  single room with shared bathroom, even that the room has many things to offer - a small fridge with a free water bottle, a kettle with tea/ coffee and a biscuit warmly welcome showing hospitality, a safe , a hairdryer , hangers and wardrobe, a double fan ! Bedside switch and both usb and sockets close to bed . Bed is comfy and nice pillows .A flat TV ( sometimes signals are not very good but at least easy  to browse and watch )and free WiFi . There is a bigger fridge and a microwave and sitting area downstairs . There is a free car parking which is really a bonus for us and also quite spacious and for at least 12-14 cars and has some shades from trees. The reception and staff are very helpful and kind .I have appointment at 10 in the downtown travel with underground over 1 hr + walking time 15-20 mins and unfortunately there were triple booked at 10 am and a long wait made me come back late by 12:25 but kindly allow to keep my car till I come. All in all, I booked another date in November to come back .

Great stay for four adults in the double double-room, there was a separator in the middle of the room so a bit of privacy was provided. Complementary cocktails were a nice perk too. Cool view of planes landing at Heathrow

Secara umum hotel merupakan tempat yang sangat nyaman. Para staf sangat baik dan sangat membantu. Restoran untuk sarapannya juga enak banget. Dan lokasinya berada di lokasi yang sangat nyaman, Anda dapat dengan mudah naik bus ke Richmond atau naik papan untuk pergi ke pusat kota london atau bandara. Ibuku mengunjungiku di London. Saya memesan kamar dengan 2 tempat tidur, tetapi pada dasarnya kamar tersebut hanya untuk dia menginap. Dia tinggal di sana selama 10 malam. Pihak hotel menjamin mereka akan melakukan pembersihan kamar setiap 7 hari. Untuk malam terakhir aku memilih untuk tinggal bersamanya. Namun, saya tidak sengaja menemukan tempat tidurnya penuh dengan rambut. Rambutnya ada yang pendek, ada pula yang panjang. Yang seharusnya bukan milik ibuku. Artinya pengurus rumah tangga belum mengganti sprei dan rambut itu bukan milik ibu saya, karena dia hanya menginap di 1 tempat tidur. Tapi tempat tidur dengan rambut itu adalah yang lain. Tempat tidur yang bersih dan rapi merupakan syarat dasar sebuah akomodasi. Itu benar-benar menjijikkan dan tidak dapat diterima untuk sebuah hotel apartemen. Secara keseluruhan, saya akan merekomendasikan wisatawan lain untuk menginap tetapi hotel harus melatih staf untuk melakukan pembersihan kamar dengan baik.

My room was upgraded and ready for me on arrival, it was very clean and there was also complementary water in my room. The Holiday Inn staff were very accommodating and helpful in every way. The breakfast was very fresh and served well with presentation. I would book again with trip.com . Dattar Singh
