Cleanliness is was perfect and staff are quite polite. However, Location is difficult to get to by bus from Heathrow Airport. Except by taxi or if you stopped at Raddison blu and walked 4 mins to the hotel. Breakfast buffet could be better, I didn’t see much salads or veg options on display. Also waffles were too sweet and tough and chunky as scones.

Good proximity to airport with shuttle service to airport at 6 GBP available for boarding every half hour. Room is spacious . standard check-out time 12:00 noon on the day of departure. They could offer complimentary late check-out until 13:00, subject to availability and confirmation with Reception on the day of departure. After 13:00, a charge of 15 per hour will apply until 16:00.

I had a great one-night stay at the Western London Heathrow Ariel Hotel. The staff were very welcoming, polite, and professional, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made it easy to relax. The service throughout my stay was excellent, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The location is also very convenient for Heathrow Airport. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Layanan check-in sangat baik. Lokasi, tidak bisa meminta yang lebih baik lagi. Sarapan yang termasuk dalam paket sangat mengecewakan. Area dapur hanya memiliki satu meja kecil. Selain itu, hanya ada beberapa cangkir, yang saat itu sedang digunakan oleh keluarga lain sehingga kami harus menunggu 30 menit untuk mengambil sendiri, hanya roti dan selai kacang. Kulkas benar-benar kosong. 😢
