On the loggia you can comfortably enjoy your breakfast or your evening. Smoking is also allowed here. You can briefly enjoy the sun here in the late afternoon. Although the apartment is bright and friendly, it is not heated by the sun all day, so you can sleep comfortably at night. Enjoy the pleasant radiant heat of the infrared heating installed on the ceiling even on cold days.In the entrance area there is a spacious wardrobe that offers enough storage space for your luggage. In the living room there is also a practical wall bed with two single mattresses (160/200) and a comfortable sofa bed (140/200), so that you have enough space to spend your time "on board" with real Schietwedder. There is always enough storage space for your luggage. An ideal combination: you can dream relaxed at night and during the day you have enough space in the apartment to move freely. Our apartment is located on the fourth floor of a well maintained apartment complex with a magnificent view of the Kiel Inner Fjord and the city of Laboe. The apartment is easily accessible via a lift.Through the hallway you reach the modern furnished living room, from which the kitchen and the two bedrooms go off.The apartment offers enough space for four to five people.For sleeping arrangements, two single beds (2m x 0.90m) and a double bed (2m x 1.70m) are available in the two bedrooms. A sofa bed in the living room can be used as an additional bed.On the sunny side of the Kiel Fjord is the beach Laboe. With its 5000 inhabitants, it has retained its almost village tranquility, but still offers the holidaymaker all the amenities expected of a resort.Laze on the beach while marveling at the big crusaders and container ships that sail into the Kiel harbor or into the locks of the Nordostsee Canal - that's what you can do on the well-kept beach of Laboe. The Kassiopeia holiday home can be found directly at the beautiful Labo harbor in the adjacent very quiet Rosenstrasse. It is centrally located and a shell from the beach and the harbor.This cozy, comfortable and family-friendly holiday home with approx. 74 sqm is suitable for 2 to 4 people. (possibly 5 possible) and 1 toddler. The proximity to the beach and yet the pronounced calm speak for themselves.Everything is really right here! The facility is new and has no signs of wear. The house renovated in November last year is equipped with two modern flat screen TVs and a hi-fi system with Blu Ray player and a DVD player for football and movie enthusiasts! In the beach chair season, a beach chair right on the water in the first row is available for free use from mid-April to mid-September!The spacious living room is on the ground floor. It is equipped with a large dining table, a 160/200 cm wall bed with two individual mattresses, a cozy seating area, a flat screen TV and a DVD player (BluRay). A hi-fi system is also available.The separate kitchen is modern and exclusively furnished with branded appliances and leaves nothing to be desired. Here you will find a comfortable induction cooker, a large fridge with freezer and 0 ° compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a table grill, a kettle, a coffee machine and a Dolce-Gusto coffee machine. You will also find sufficient dishes and cutlery. There is also a bathtub on the ground floor with the option of taking a shower. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom.Upstairs is a cozy bedroom, equipped with a double bed 180/200 cm and another flat screen TV and DVD player. Here or in the anteroom you will also find enough space to set up the children's travel cot. Or you can start the day on the roof terrace with a view of the Kiel Fjord.
