"1.酒店的早餐味道不錯。作為在山西呆過幾年的人，嚐了以後覺得很好吃。無論是涼菜，還是麪和澆麪的鹵子，油條等等。極具山西特色，值得推薦。
2.酒店夜班服務人員的服務意識有待提升。我是19日下單的，訂單是20日入住21日退房，房型是大床房。20日經過幾個小時的高速，在21日接近1點到達酒店，工作人員在未進行告知和説明的情況下給了房卡，到房間後發現是雙床房。該情況屬於更換房型。於是我又下樓到前台詢問工作人員，工作人員非但沒有給出合理的解釋，還推卸責任，説我訂單下的晚，還説不能接受可以退訂，全程黑臉，欠她錢一樣。體驗感極差。這大年初五迎財神的日子，工作人員就是這對待入住的客户，實在是服務意識太差。因時間太晚，無奈衹能接受。"

"【摘要】：這個酒店優缺點鮮明，就像山西整體給我的旅遊印象一樣。總體瑕不掩瑜，已推薦親友。
【設施衞生】：設施完備，運營狀態良好
【服務】：服務態度極佳，管家在入住前好幾天就開始微信聯繫，本來我還覺得挺煩，後來發現管家真的把微信當傳呼機一樣使用，提供隨叫隨到的服務。BUT，有個不太應該犯的問題，連續入住兩天，第二天房卡和車牌登記都失效了，還好管家一路小跑過來送卡。
【環境】：景色是前人述備的優點，日出日落都非常美，孩子玩得很開心，【寵物友好】很點贊。（提醒帶寵朋友，春節期間酒店內外都有放炮，可以帶上安撫衣，我們忘帶了，衹能臨時捆安定帶）酒店西側的友商外觀稍微礙眼，不過不影響日出。目測本地人也來酒店看日落，外部車輛不會影響酒店，管理得當點贊。
【歡迎水果】：歡迎零食和水果量如圖。早餐自助品類豐富，兩天早餐有區別，不會吃膩。酒店的晚飯有點尷尬，定的2-3人份的餐量很大，適合4-6人，個人不推薦大白魚，且菜色黑色和餐盤黑色的顏色使用稍多，配合冷色調的餐桌燈更奇怪了。
【伴手禮和洗車】：checkout時提供了伴手禮，很有心，馬年送了漂亮的小馬玩偶，和一些山西特產小零嘴，很合適。還有很神奇的一點：早上起來發現酒店在幫忙沖洗車輛前擋風玻璃，因為酒店後是大土山，加上這幾天揚沙天氣，酒店找師傅挨個沖土，點贊。"
