In addition we provide a few board games and some books.The Alfresco has a gas flat plate BBQ, 10 seater table and chairs.The yard has a 16m2 pebbled area with fire pit. 16m2 of astro turf. Outdoor shower and outdoor bath with hot water and it's own hand shower. The bath doubles as a water sports gear wash bay with drying room.Our garage has room for 2 cars and offers parking for 2 more cars in the driveway. There is also free street parking for cars and boats. EVs are welcome charge off the power point (please have vehicle outside while charging for safety).
