Al piano terra della casa, i proprietari gestiscono un accogliente ristorante di montagna con terrazza soleggiata (aperto dalle 10:00 alle 17:00 circa, gli ospiti ricevono uno sconto del 10% sui menu del giorno, chiuso in estate!). La casa è raggiungibile in due modi: 1) In auto da Kaltenbach (4 km) lungo una stradina di montagna fino alla casa dei proprietari vicino alla stazione intermedia. Potrebbero essere necessarie le catene da neve. Da lì, un sentiero in salita e una pista di trasporto conducono alla casa (circa 900 m). 2) Prendere la funivia Hochzillertal fino alla stazione a monte (orario di apertura dalle 8:30 alle 16:30).
