Sunrise Cottage is a perfect lakeside getaway to be enjoyed with family and friends. This 3 bedroom home features 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and 1 bunk bed + trundle bed and will comfortably sleep 4 adults and 3 children. The spacious kitchen boasts all of the comforts of home including gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, food processor, mixer, water filtration pitcher, cookware, utensils, etc. Two relaxing family rooms with smart TV’s will allow you to connect to your own streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Amazon, etc.). Wi-Fi is also available for use on your own devices during your stay. If you’d like to have fun the old fashioned way, the cottage is also stocked with plenty of board games! You can beat the heat with ice-cold central air, or enjoy the great outdoors on the spacious patio, porch or while spending time around the fire ring or at the dock! Charcoal and gas grills are both available for those who love to cook outdoors. BYOB – Bring Your Own Boat! Private dock space is available across the street from rental. There’s plenty of room to park vehicles, trailers, etc. as well. Directly across the street is access to Lake Milton’s public boat ramp for easy access to all this beautiful (unlimited horsepower) lake has to offer. Nearby Lake Milton State Park also offers boat / jet-ski rentals, volleyball and basketball courts and a well-maintained beach. We do supply two kayaks and a couple adult life jackets for you to use during your time here. If you would need a child's life vest we ask that you please bring that with you. Additional amenities include hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and linens so you can make yourselves right at home. We do not allow pets or smoking and guests will not have access to the garage or basement. Lake Time Cottage is located in Lake Milton, Ohio (near Youngstown, OH). 2 BR; 1BA. Built 2022. Lake Time Cottage allows you to enjoy a sweet escape to the lake, beach, restaurants, wineries and walking trails with your loved ones. Jump on our bikes (adult trike, tandem 2-seater bike, or regular adult bikes for a quick ride to the beach or bike trails. Take our canoe and paddle board for a ride on the lake. (We will have you sign a quick waiver and small fee of $50 for canoe during whole stay or $20 fee for all bikes during whole stay). Do you prefer to relax? No problem. You can just relax in our cozy, clean lake house with a quiet back yard & fire pit in the evening. Indoors, we have board games, puzzles and smart TVs with access to your favorite subscription sites on Netflix, Disney+ etc. Cooking is easy in the full kitchen to make your favorite recipes too. At Lake Time Cottage, stress washes away because you can enjoy the outdoors, therapeutic water and simple lifestyle with modern conveniences on your own time.
