The property is located within a 15-minute walk to the closest public beach, restaurants, and gift shops to enjoy!Below the duplex is a shared, covered space between guests of both sides, offering outdoor relaxation rain or shine! In the same area will be plenty of beach supplies, dining areas, two charcoal grills, bikes, and an outdoor shower. The back patio is also a shared space; however, there are two separate outdoor dining tables for each side to use and enjoy! With a spacious, fenced in yard, we are also happy to accommodate dogs to enjoy a vacation with our guests!Upon availability, both sides of the duplex can be rented to a group of friends or family, not exceeding the total occupancy count of 8 (4 guests per side). If there is a named storm with a projected path to Dauphin Island that makes landfall and a mandatory evacuation is issued during the dates of your stay, you will receive a refund for the unused portion of your stay. Refunds are not given due to inclement weather. Any stay, or part of a stay, that occurs after mandatory evacuation is lifted, is not eligible for cancellation or refund. Refunds or discounts will not be given due to surrounding area activity, construction and/or repairs on any other nearby properties, which may take place during your stay.
