Waterlily Cottage is a charming sunny 3 bedroom Intracoastal home featuring much of the original cottage character coupled with updated conveniences like central air conditioning and heat in the cottage, dishwasher, washer and dryer, brand new bathroom, and more. The open living and dining rooms have beautiful water views. The first floor bedroom has a King bed and a side view of the Intracoastal waterway. The second bedroom located on the second floor has a Queen bed and a dedicated work desk with outlets and usb ports for work/studying and overlooks the Intracoastal waterway. The third bedroom has two Twin beds (one is a trundle bed). The bathroom is located on the first floor. The cottage and the Game Room are equipped with WiFi and smart TVs for use with your personal streaming accounts. Cleaning & linenCleaning is very important to us and we strive to make sure our home is cleaned to all our guests standards. We have enhanced our cleaning to include sanitizing high touch points regularly and providing our guests with cleaning products to wipe down surfaces during their stay. We also give our guests the option of bringing their own linens or using our linen (for an additional fee). Our rates are set up to include the linens and towels being provided.
