Our cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation home is nestled in the heart of Maine's mountain country, close to Sugarloaf Ski Resort and a short walk to the Narrow Gauge trail for hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and fly fishing.This awesome location is less than 10 minutes to the base of Sugarloaf and provides easy access right off rt 27. The SugarBowl Restaurant is right next door for bowling, food, bar, golf simulator and arcade.Don't worry about parking or driving to the resort – simply hop on the valley shuttle, which stops at The Sugarbowl.After a day on the slopes or trails, unwind in our comfortable living space, complete with an open concept kitchen, dining, and living area, as well as a large deck. You will also find a bunkroom, full bathroom, and one bedroom with a king bed upstairs. This is a full house, tons of sleeping room and bathrooms to host larger groups and families. We have it priced so even a small group can enjoy a large spacious house. SHUTTLE ROUTE: Can be the first spot to pick up which would be 10min shuttle to the base. Or last pickup which is 7 minutes to the base so real convenient! Large back yard, 8 private parking spots, large farmers porch and full kitchen. Open concept to entertain with flat screens and Sonos speakers all around! We have an XL newer hot tub, that is open year round. During Summer, it is HOT on the mountain so we have heat pumps throughout so it’s cool. Back yard has a smokeless firepit. We are on the golf cours, near hiking trails the new biking course and all that Sugarloaf had to offer.
