The main floor is spacious with 12' vaulted ceilings, a full kitchen, a dining table, a couch and a chair. The couch is a queen size sleeper that can accommodate 2 more people. There's an electric fireplace and a smart TV. The washer and dryer are located on this floor. A sliding glass door gives you access to the deck overlooking Sopris and the pinion forest. There's a grill, a dinning table and chairs and a sectional couch on the deck perfect for relaxing after a long day outdoors.Downstairs are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 2 ensuite bathrooms. Each bedroom has a walk out sliding glass door to access outside. One bathroom has a walk in shower and the other a bath tub (perfect to bathe kids).There's a covered patio outside the bedrooms with another sitting area and a gas fire pit and chairs.The property backs up to BLM. Any draining and cleaning necessary due to unwanted objects will result in a fine of $250.- Use the hot tub at your own discretion. Children under 5 are not allowed in the hot tub (CDC recommendation) and can only stay in for short periods at a time to prevent heat stroke.- Children must never be left in or around the hot tub unsupervised.- Hot tub cover must remain locked (there are clips on the sides) when not in use.- Any damage to the hot tub or any of its parts (cover, lifter, steps) will result in a fine equal to the cost of repair and/or replacement and loss of revenue from not having it available.- No glass containers are allowed in the hot tub.- Hot tub hours are 9am to 9pm.
