There are 3 decks, two with lake views and one with a gas grill. The unit has all new furniture including a sectional in the family room, six person dining room table, and decor to match. We have been coming to northern Michigan for the past 25 years and believe that this unique condo checks all the boxes. It is in the heart of Northern Michigan, with a soft sand beach and lush grass out front and within minutes of skiing at Boyne Mountain. You are a 5 minute walk from downtown Boyne City and a 30 minute drive to Petosky, Bay Harbor, Charlevoix, and Traverse City.Specifically, our unit is located at the Harborage, a private residential association of 102 condominium homes located in Boyne City, Michigan. The association is on 21 acres of lush green landscaped property.
