Beautiful 4 bed, 2 bath unit with spacious living and kitchen areas that feature an open floor plan. There is lots of natural light coming in through the many windows that also let in the cool ocean breeze. Air conditioning units are in all bedrooms. Enjoy the private balcony off the kitchen for a beautiful ocean view and to listen to the ocean waves. Walk out the front door and in 20 steps touch the sand, feel the ocean breeze, and smell the salt air. This beach is perfect for taking walks, watching sunsets (or sunrises), sunbathing, playing in the sand, and dipping your toes in the water. Reach Jobos Beach on your stroll along the beach/ocean in 30-45 minutes. Jobos Beach is a 3-minute drive down the road and Crash Boat Beach is a 15-minute drive.You walk into the open-concept kitchen/dining/living area. The doors off the kitchen lead to the private deck with beautiful ocean views. To the left is the dining table and family room with TV. There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the left side of the family room. One room has a queen-sized bed, and the other room has two twin beds. The queen bedroom closet has a bin with an air mattress, air pump. The bathroom is a jack-and-jill between the two bedrooms. From the kitchen, there is a hallway that leads to the other two bedrooms and a full bathroom. One room has a queen-size bed and the other has a twin-over-full bunk bed.Beach chairs and toys can be found in bedroom closets. Beach towels are located in the basket by the front door. Bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths can be found in the cabinet in the hallway.Please use the hose located on bottom patio to rinse all sand off (people and items).Close to many restaurants (Palma's Cafe, Tsunami, Ciento10, Reef and Poke Bowl, Rebar, Palo, Uma's, Kai, and more!). There are also lots of cute shops nearby: Volcom, Duna Boutique, and Moku Surf Shop to name a few! There are Friday salsa nights in the Isabela town square (15-minute drive). Jobos Vacation Rentals is conveniently located right on Jobos Beach. At only a few paces or minutes by car to the best surfing spots, scuba diving, paddle board or just relax at one of our breathtaking beaches. Walk to Jobos, Pozo de Jacinto and the lovely Paseo Tablado, a boardwalk with the incredible views that surround us. Tropical restaurants with ocean views will entice your palate just steps from the Studio. View the magical and spectacular sunset while enjoying a refreshing coconut water.Private and gated property with parking, surrounded by nature, on the main road, just steps to the ocean. Guests should be comfortable with the sound of roosters, parrots, and birds that surround us. The “Pozo de Jacinto” is right at the back of our property, and in front there is a mangrove. Sundays are usually busy at the beach and the area. Air conditioned, 32" smart tv, wifi, kitchenette, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, queen size bed, dining area, water heater, surf racks, outdoor shower, private gazebo with 2 hammocks, 1 chair hammock, swing, bench, bar with stools and lounge chairs with its table. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. We sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob. We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and we wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination. We clean the studio using expensive cleaning checklists. We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines.There are 2 vacation rentals apartments on the property. Each apartment with independent entrance, and each has its own private gazebo. The property was designed with privacy in mind.
