A GORGEOUS TRANQUIL GARDEN STUDIO COTTAGE FOR TWO PEOPLE & DOG FRIENDLY. A LOVELY COUNTRY RETREAT AND COUNTRYSIDE WALKS TO THE BEACHThe cottage is located at Penwartha Coombe, next to the village of Bolingey and only a 20min walk to the stunning beach at Perranporth on the North Cornish coast.This cute cottage is perfect for couples. The conservatory is stunning, overlooking the peaceful garden and decking area and provides a comfortable sofa, smartTV and dining area. This leads to an open plan 'studio' living area in the old barn section of the property which includes a modern kitchen with full size cooker, fridge and microwave oven. There is a double bed and plenty of cupboard space for all of your holiday belongings. The cottage has a seperate shower room with a modern walk in shower cubicle, basin and loo.Electricity, linen, towels, fastspeed Wifi along with tea, coffee etc are included in the rental cost. Dogs are welcome for a standard pet fee. Breakfast can be taken on the deck whilst listening to the restful babbling stream on the other side of the lane.The garden is shared with our other one bedroom cottage Bills Barn.There is a beautiful historic village pub serving food within easy walking distance and plenty of options for food and entertainment in Perranporth.The beach at Perranporth is a 20 minute walk along the peaceful stream, through the village of Bolingey. A footpath along a quiet stream will take you there in about 20 minutes.This cottage has many delightful features including a cosy log burner, a romantic bedroom and a modern kitchen. It also has an enclosed garden which is shared with our other one bedroom cottage, The Studio. An excellent local historic pub serving food is an easy stroll from the cottage as well as Perranporth village which has plenty of options for food and entertainment. Our cottages are very well placed for exploring; being only 10 minutes from the A30 and nestled in a peaceful valley just outside the hustle and bustle of Perranporth with the sounds of the nearby stream and the odd hoot of an owl at night!Electricity, linen, towels, tea, coffee etc and fastspeed Wifi are included in the rental cost.
