The guestroom was good, very clean & hotel amenities ”Pure Herbs” was very good. Front office staff & Housekeeping was kind to provide a few more additional bottles for our 3 nights stay. Our room was facing the road but we had very quiet & peaceful rest. The view from the window was breathtaking. The staff at the restaurant provide excellent service and took care of us very well during our stay. We will definitely come back to stay again when in Interlaken. The location of the hotel can be access by bus 103 from both Interlaken west & Interlaken ost train stations or a 15 mins walk from Interlaken Ost train station. Very convenient. Easy to locate. However, it will not be the place for the budget conscious. You are in Switzerland anyway, pamper yourself to the high ”quality of life”

Old fashioned room has no air con, needs to use the table fan provided. In addition, the window almost dropped off. Room is dark as not enough lights. Not enough electricity plugs available for charging 4 devices (phones and tablets). Beautiful river facing from the window. Conveniently located near the train station and shopping.

Is a 10 minutes drive from the train station. The location of the hotel was right in the middle of the shopping belt. It is also a five minutes walk to the COOP supermarket where the mineral water and all essential groceries can be found. The staff there are helpful and with the city pass (FREE) you can take bus ride around the whole city to explore freely. End

We reached Intelaken early and the hotel reception was nice to allow us an early check-in. Although the exterior of the hotel is old, however, I was surprised when I went into the room. It is newly renovated and very tasteful. It is clean and I love that they have a rack to hang our jackets when we enter the room. The room comes with a nice balcony over looking the roundabout. Amenties: Hotel provide free coffee and hot chocolate at the hotel lobby (great for waiting). They even have a portable water tap that I use to fill my bottles (buying bottled water in Switzerland is expensive). Breakfast: Usual spread (scrambled eggs, toast, bacon, sausages). They have a great coffee machine and I will drink at least 2 cups of black coffee during breakfast. They even have a nice view of the Swiss alps which makes a great start to our day.

Our 1st impression of Hotel Krebs was great! Reception was warm & explained in detail the hotel policies. Our room gives us a feel as though we are living in the lap of luxury! The perfect blend of size & style, we are amazed with their spaciousness & exquisite decor. They provide bedroom slippers provided, toothbrush, shaver & cream, cotton pad, safe, hair dryer, etc. These advanced amenities definitely make our stay nothing short of perfect. We enjoyed our stay very much! The location of the hotel was awesome. It's just a few minutes walk to the Interlaken West Station. There's also many different buses u can take to many different beautiful attractions like Lake Brienz. I have seen many reviews about the cheese fondue from their restaurant. We tried it too & was so in love with it. As we brought our 3.5yrs old child along, we can only have cheese fondue without alcohol. We replaced it with apple juice at an additional cost of 5chf. Indeed food was really good! And the waiters were really kind & friendly. They were very kind & patient with our little girl. She was given colouring materials for entertainment. Thanks to the waiters. We had lots of laughter while enjoying our meals. Oh yes, there's a big fluffy black cat who often patronise the hotel & restaurant. It usually sleeps on the first chair near the left of the entrance. Staff of the hotel & restaurant are really nice, loving little animals & taking care of them very well. Overall, it was a very wonderful experience staying here. We would gladly come back again!

The best and most expensive hotel in the area. The room facing the Jungfrau during the peak season costs nearly 20,000 per night, which is still painful. It's my second time staying here. I made a mistake the first time and booked a suite, thinking it must face the Jungfrau, but it turned out not to be. It was an L-shaped room, half of which faced the mountain behind. So the view of the suite is definitely better than all the big beds. Later, I asked the front desk, and they told me that if I wanted to book a room facing the Jungfrau, I should remember one word: all the rooms with deluxe face the Jungfrau. I booked it correctly the second time, but I didn't communicate by email in advance, so I was given a room on the 3rd floor. I forgot whether it was 5 or 6 floors in total, so after booking, remember to ask the agent to email and reserve a room on a high floor. I think the overall cost performance is average. It's enough to experience it once. For the same price, I can book an airbnb nearby with a view 10 blocks away for a week (see the last picture)

Merci Hotel Rossli! I had a good overnight stay with you. I got a single room with separate bathroom, very clean. The room’s space is not too small,room is clean. Location is near Interlaken West about 5 minutes walk. Coop shop and a pharmacy is just nearby. The staff were so amazing and helpful. They have a room storage for luggages. The breakfast is amazing with a lot of choices. This hotel is very well recommended:)

Very close to the East Station, only 10 minutes walk with luggage. The surrounding scenery is also nice. The only downside is that on the first day of stay (Saturday, 12/7), I don't know why the church bells across the street rang frequently, which affected my sleep a bit (maybe it was a Christmas event)

My stay was comfortable. The hostel is directly beside the train station and the location is perfect. From the dorm room, you can see fantastic view and it is breathtaking. The environment and location makes the stay enjoyable. The building is new and modern, however showers are not together with the toilets and no shower amenities such as soap or towel is provided, and you have to do your bed on your own. However, overall stay was great, breakfast was okay, there is also pool table in the lobby. The power socket isn't suitable for the ordinary European type, but they do lent travel adaptors with 10 euro deposit. Will consider coming back here for the view.
