The hotel is very convenient to reach, it seems equidistant from both the East & West Stations. Since it was just a short 2 nights stay, we did not take the housekeeping service, and when we requested water, the receptionist did not seem happy with us and also with the Housekeeping team. Seemed a bit weird. However, the housekeeping team was kind and courteous always.

We reached Intelaken early and the hotel reception was nice to allow us an early check-in. Although the exterior of the hotel is old, however, I was surprised when I went into the room. It is newly renovated and very tasteful. It is clean and I love that they have a rack to hang our jackets when we enter the room. The room comes with a nice balcony over looking the roundabout. Amenties: Hotel provide free coffee and hot chocolate at the hotel lobby (great for waiting). They even have a portable water tap that I use to fill my bottles (buying bottled water in Switzerland is expensive). Breakfast: Usual spread (scrambled eggs, toast, bacon, sausages). They have a great coffee machine and I will drink at least 2 cups of black coffee during breakfast. They even have a nice view of the Swiss alps which makes a great start to our day.

Hotel Chalet Swiss thank you! I had a great stay with you. Thank you for all the staff who were very accommodating and helpful. Very clean place to stay & they cleaned the room daily. Near location to bus & train station-Interlaken West. Very satisfying breakfast. They give a blue card for free bus ride. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Danke Hotel Chalet Swiss❤️❤️❤️🇨🇭

The room is well-equipped and surprisingly decorated, clean and romantic, with rose petals scattered all over the bed sheets and pillows, and even the bathroom is decorated differently. The hotel front desk is very enthusiastic, thinking about the guests and providing convenience as much as possible. The hotel is very close to the station, with convenient transportation, and it is very convenient to go to the two lakes or Jungfrau. It is worth recommending.

There was a slight mistake due to booking several months in advance, but the staff managed to find a new room for us in the same area. The location is very good, convenient to travel. The kitchen facilities are very good. Spacious room, 1 unit, 2 bedrooms, comfortably accommodates 4 people.
