Essential by Dorint Interlaken - New Opening

Hotel is very new and clean. Hotel is right beside Interlaken Station, simply at doorstep. Many restaurant and supermarkets. ****** and Harder Kulm nearby. Excellent service at the F&B. Breakfast is excellent, service also excellent. Not to forget our friendly and helpful staff, Mr Khalid, you’re awesome!

房間雖然有點小，但是五臟俱全。酒店2024年剛開業，設施都很新。位置便利，就在interlaken west車站旁邊，對面還有一個大超市。

We had an exceptional experience staying at this hotel. It’s new, it’s beautiful, the breakfast was great, the bar was wonderful. Located right at the train station making access super easy. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful. Being a new hotel, there are some growing pains, but none that we experienced. We stayed in a room on the second floor which faced the train tracks and almost never heard the train. Recommend the hotel without hesitation.

Thank you, Franz, for going above and beyond to help us access Netflix using your personal account when we couldn’t log into ours, and for assisting with storing all our luggage in the storage room. The hotel is conveniently located next to Interlaken West station, and the apartments are spacious considering the location. However, the lack of porter service is a significant inconvenience. Access to the apartments through the parking lot is doable but unusual, and security checks in the parking area could be strengthened. The lack of air conditioning in the apartment rooms is not ideal on a hot summer day. The sound of the train passing can be disturbing if the balcony door is open, which is necessary in summer due to the absence of air conditioning. The immediate neighborhood can feel a bit dark and deserted when walking back to the hotel late at night, though we never felt unsafe. Additionally, with only one staff member handling the reception area, there is often a long wait to be attended to.

Nous avions réservé une chambre en suite pour 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants) mais à notre arrivée la chambre n’était pas prête, une des deux TVs ne fonctionnait pas, la poubelle n’avait pas été vidée. Nous avons notifié la réception qui a fait intervenir le room service pour préparer la chambre. L’hôtel est bien situé et neuf. Il y a encore des gaines visibles. Le buffet pour le déjeuner est copieux, varié et bon. A noter qu’après mon séjour je me suis plein auprès du management de l’hôtel qui a pris en compte mes remarques et gentiment proposer de me rembourser le séjour. Merci à lui ! J’espère que notre séjour a servi de leçon à cet hôtel qui vient d’ouvrir et qu’ils apprendront très vite de leur erreur de jeunesse. Je leur souhaite tous mes meilleurs vœux pour la suite et beaucoup de succès à venir.
