Love this hotel! Extended my stay. The front desk has been nice and informative as I was trying to learn snowboard. And they recommended place for rental of gear just 1 min walk away. Room is spacious and friendly staff! Location is near old town and easily walkable to anywhere.

Room was very clean and bed was comfortable! Fantastic location,just 1 min walk from the centre that has lots of cafes and shops.Breakfast spread was fantastic and gym and sauna were amazing! Beautiful view of the top of Innsbruck!

It is about a 10-minute walk from the old town. The rooms are larger than those in the city. Opposite the hotel is the cable car station of the ski resort. There is also a Spar supermarket next to it, which is very convenient. It is also a short walk to the Royal Palace, the Golden Roof and St. Jacobs Cathedral. Great location, 8 mins walk to train station and front desk was really nice and helpful. Room was a bit too small and the ceiling was too low even for me (standing at 5 ft) for the 2 storey we booked so I kept bumping my head. Other than that, everything else is great!

We have stayed at this hotel before, a few years ago. The welcome by the friendly staff was very good and helpful. The facilities at the hotel that were on offer were very good and the evening meal and breakfast was very good especially the choice for the breakfast buffet. The hotel was very convenient for the airport and only a 20 minute walk into Innsbruck and also a good bus service if preferred.
