The customer service was very friendly. The hotel location was perfect. The room is very clean and has a nice bed. We had a good sleep. I would highly recommend it.

Great location in the center and now with renovated reception

Good hotel

중심부에 위치해있어서 아주 좋았습니다. 식사하기도 좋고 쇼핑하기도 좋고 위치는 최고였습니다. 조식도 간단히 식사하기에 좋았습니다.

Ein ganz tolles Hotel, sehr sauber, gastfreundlich und hübsch eingerichtet. Zentrale Lage um mit Bus, Bahn oder zu Fuß los zu kommen.

Es war top von Anfang an, hab 16 Jahre hier gewohnt und nun das erste Mal in der Heimat übernächtigt. Top Service. Frühstück war Mega. Also mehr als top kann man nicht sagen wirklich. Danke an das IBB Team und liebe Grüße aus Schleswig Holstein.

Da wir schon etliche Hotels im in und Ausland Gäste waren ist dieses sehr zu empfehlen. Ruhig trotz Innenstadt. Frühstück sehr zu empfehlen.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gern wieder, doch wir bitten dringends um nachfolgende Klärung : PARKGEBÜHREN. Das Auto stand 20 Stunden auf dem Hotelparkplatz, es hat uns 22,50 Euro gekostet, das geht auf gar keinen Fall. Als Hotelgast erwarte ich eine andere Lösung. Diese ist mit der Stadtverwaltung zu klären.

Schönes Hotel zentral Ingelheim gelegen, nicht weit vom Bahnhof und modern eingerichtet, insbesondere auch das Bad.

I booked this Hotel for the First time. Located 5 minutes walk from the Trainstation and in the neighboorhood are several Shops and Restaurants. The rooms modern Equipt and Clean. Breakfast is nice as well , only the breakfast staffmember doesn' say a word. Check-in fast and very polite. I will come Back again

We have been staying in IBB for two weeks working at Boehringer from Greece. The Hotel was very close to our Boehringer Office where we trained for two weeks. Rooms always clean, breakfast every norning and excellent customer service. When we arrived the italian guy made us feeling home, everyday caring about us and givibg us recommendations about restaurants and things to see. He was new at the company and let us tell he is a good joiner. Also the lady at reception everyday there ( i think she oäis tje manager) very friendly and always smilinh. We hope we wilö bsck soon

The staff were all very helpful. I've got celiac disease and they made sure with their Restaurant staff I'd be taken care of at meal times. I loved the ambiance throughout as well. Location was fabulous. Room was very nice, bed incredibly comfortable. I loved the battery powered lights so much when I got home I bought a set. Anything I asked about got answered. It felt like family there.
