Excellent hotels,best rooms,bathroom was great,hotel rooms had fluffiest bed s and pillows,staff behavior was excellent,food was awesome everything was just perfect,we were thoroughly satisfied with the services here.Even luggage bearer helped us in every step so 10 points to that as well

It was our first time in Madhya Pradesh (Indore), we booked this hotel through treebo app and irl it was same as in those pictures. The rooms were clean, pillows were more than comfortable. Staff were also very friendly and gave 24/7 support. Give a try for their complimentary breakfast as it covers the dishes that come as proper nashta. Book this hotel and you won’t regret your decision if you’re visiting indore with your friends.

Very good and budget friendly hotel to stay the hotel staff is very good and helpful and supportive the rooms are very clean and hygiene the breakfast was very tasty also the view from the rooftop is very nice, thank you so much for all your hospitality

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, warmth seemed to radiate from this hotel. It wasn't just the plush carpeting or the inviting fireplace; it was the genuine smiles from the staff, their eyes crinkling at the corners, radiating a sense of care and compassion. My room itself was a sanctuary. Sunlight streamed through the window, illuminating the meticulously clean haven. But it wasn't just the crisp linens and sparkling surfaces that impressed me. It was the little touches: a handwritten welcome note on the desk, fresh-cut flowers in a vase, and a basket of local fruits. These details spoke volumes about the thoughtfulness and kindness behind the scenes.

We booked Treebo Trend Grand Euro, Indore for 3 night in last week of June from Treebo's app.  This is a relatively new property, so was not able to find too many reviews.  Based on the reviews given on Treebo's App (5 reviews), we decided to book this hotel.  All the reviews were quite positive about the property.  Once we checked in, we realized that these reviews were filtered and does not give actual picture of the property. The rooms were dirty, full of alcohol & cigarette smell. There were insects n cockroches in the room n washroom.  The sheets n quilt had dirty stains.  The response from reception was pathetic.  We requested RO water to be refilled instead they kept on sending plastic water bottles.  Our request for an early breakfast (7:30 AM, which is standard in all hotels) was not considered as the CHEF arrives only after 7:30.  The list is endless, but all in all it was very disappointing stay.  Definitely not a hotel for family stay, it may be good for young unmarried couples, who don’t care about cleanliness and obviously don’t get up early.   Most disappointing were the reviews on Treebo app, atleast the customer should be given unbiased reviews of the property they are booking.
