We have a wonderful stay as my expectation and I feel very well for extra ordinary service by Rupesh. I feel service at your place is superb and make different than other hotel. All staffs are provided sufficient attention to me and my family for joy these day.

One of the best experience of my life as being a parent of special child was feeling more comfortable than home as saw employees with disability included n the way Devraj Ji Yogesh n Kalu n others are treated my child as if he was a regular visitor loved it

Lemon tree is a hidden gem! The location is perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. The hotel's own restaurant serves amazing food. The staff were friendly specially Miss Neha from restaurant , it’s kids friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall, I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for a great location and fantastic food. It's definitely worth a stay!"

Worst branch ever , i have stayed in lemon tree at so many places and this one was the worst stay of my life the staff of reception and housekeeping is so ignorant that they dont bother to losten to you call or provide what you asked for there was on cold water or normal water in that tap at 40 degrees in indore and there was only hot water and the water had so many substaces that it almost looked like a jaljeera if put in a clear glass they dont even bother to fix it and instead of apologising they ignore saying we are working they didnt even get us simple water or towelsuntil 20 calls were made food guys were nice in morning to complaint to the food guys servers were nice but bar service was poor as well they didnt play song when we asled they were lismtening to them when we entered the bar to play pool but later turned it off they were rude when we asked them for que chalk i would definitely want a refund

I stayed at Lemon Tree Hotel, Indore from 16th March to 22nd March 2025 during an official trip, and I must say, my experience was truly delightful. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive due to some mixed reviews I had come across on social media platforms. However, my personal experience turned out to be completely different – in the best possible way. The hospitality, professionalism, and customer service at the hotel were exceptional. A special word of appreciation for the team who made my stay so comfortable and pleasant: • Laxman Singh & Goutam Chakraworty – for their warm and efficient service • Yogesh Wankhede and his team – for their friendly approach and consistent support • Chef Shailesh and the kitchen team – for delicious meals and courteous service • Vivek and the housekeeping team – for keeping everything impeccably clean and well-maintained The rooms were neat, the ambiance welcoming, and the staff went out of their way to ensure guest comfort. The best hotel in town with a wonderful ambiance and a highly cooperative, supportive staff.
