The room in hotel sant plaza was very nice and the room there was also very nice and i felt very comfortable. ***** with us, there are food items or restaurants nearby the hotel which were also good.

Rooms are ok but blankets and pillows were not clean nor the bead sheets, mosquitoes at night makes it terrible, due to flight delay we arrived late at night around 12:30am but officials were sleeping and no one was opening the door as my booking was already done in advance have to take help from outside to get in good things was he allowed us 2 hrs more for check out on my request

Room was smelling very bad, bed was not good, wash room was not clean. Over all very bad experience. So, i did not stayed in room or hotel. Left immediately. It was non refund, all money waste.
