Hotel Kiwi Inn

All of the above, name of the property is misleading. They don't have in-house restaurant so it is not more than a guest house. I have to wait for two hours for my complimentary breakfast which is just Poha-jalebi and kachauri. At time of check out, they almost snatched my phone to give five star rating on Google. After leaving the hotel I edited it. I don't think this hotel deserve the tariff which I paid. I am very disappointed for not doing due diligence about the property. I expect partial refund . The family room and the double-bed room don't deserve tarrif of 2000 and 1500 Rs per night respectively. In the name of complimentary breakfast, Poha-jalebi and kachauri is not value of more the 30 Rs. per plate.

The stay was decent overall. The location was convenient, and the facilities were satisfactory. However, the food could have been better, and some improvements in cleanliness and service would enhance the experience. A good stay but with room for improvement

the stay is actually average. i rated it 'good' for the price that i booked it for. of you get a deal around then it's a good deal. mainly the linen was clean, mattress was comfortable and large. fan could work at all speeds and water heater, shower worked well. bathroom was absolutely clean. what i didn't like was - tv was absent, couldn't find ac remote (though it wasn't absolutely needed) main thing yes, the hotel is good. but where's honesty? let the customer review it for you!

Average stay...things that spoilt my experience we re 1. Demand for ₹200 extra in cash as security deposit while checking in ( I told them the I will only pay and nothing extra but they did not budge . Had to eventually call waive off that security deposit) 2. Room was very noisy due to traffic and service desk being near the room . 3. Bathroom smelt really bad 4. No toiletries are provided except a towel ( toothpaste, soap is charged extra) 5. Bedsheets had lot of stains ( thankfully I carried my own bedsheet and pillow cover).,....but nevertheless, it was just one day stay so i endured. So pretty average experience 😪 Already shared

Good hotel. Nice staff. The location was perfect for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel for its good service, facilities, and location. It's a pleasant stayl
