The Palms - Fire Pit, Ping Pong, Pool & Spa, Walk to Festivals!

Tranquil oasis The house itself was beautiful and nicely decorated. The rooms are very spacious and 3 of the 4 rooms had their own bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with toaster, coffee maker, air fryer, baking pans, pots and pans, kitchen towels, dish soap, and dishwasher. The trash compactor was a little tricky to open at times but other than that it was great. The house is warm and cozy, very clean, the beds, couch were all very comfortable. The pool was perfect with a sandbar for the littles to hang out or for lounging in shallow water. Plenty of umbrellas and sitting outside. The backside of the house was along a public street so it felt private and not too noisy from the cars. Jason, the owner was very hospitable and responsive to all questions. He even lets us check out later which was so appreciative. It was a great relaxing getaway with the family. Thank you for the great memories!!

This was our second day at the house. It's a great place to stay… Very spacious very well kept up with lots of amenities. The pool and spa were very clean and we were in them pretty much the entire time. The house itself is very well kept up very spacious and the host. Jason is tremendous. We are all looking forward to staying again!

A home away from home What a great place for our group to gather, relax and rewind after full days at the Indian Wells tennis tournament.. just a 10-15 minute drive. Jason was the perfect host, just a phone call away if we needed him (which we didn't!!). Property is spotless and well-equipped. I will be back!! Thank you, Jason!!

Palm Springs 2025 The owner Jason was a pleasure to deal with right from the beginning until the end. Very easy and clear process for entering and exiting the property. The house was just stunning and very comfortable and had everyting we needed. Very close to Ralphs grocery store which was a huge benefit. We will be going back if Jason will have us!

A Sweet Escape The house was exactly as advertised. Well kept and the bedrooms and bathrooms exceeded expectations. The property is super close to the Empire Polo fields and we walked there both days. Also, the home is in immaculate condition and there is plenty of entertaining items for the kids including air hockey and a video game console. The kitchen had about every item you could think of so no need to bring a lot of your own items. There were plenty of towels for swimming, towels for bathing and all the toiletries you would ever need. We were so pleased with this home that we booked again for next year. You will not be disappointed! And the owner was very accessible and responded to any and all communication promptly.

Kids and their S.O.s Beautiful home, wonderful for hanging out and catching up, and a great base for visits to Joshua Tree. Gorgeous pool/spa and outdoor seating, perfect for our family with mix of teens/adults kids and their significant others. Well stocked kitchen, clear instructions for everything, host was responsive amd helpful. Ample towels!! They cleary thought of everything one might need.
