BED BUGS. And a staff that doesn’t care. My partner and I stayed here in July 2025 and found BED BUGS in our room. My partner woke up covered in bites, which we documented with photos. We immediately alerted the front desk, and instead of helping us, they denied the problem, claimed they “spray for bugs weekly,” and told us we shouldn't complain because they upgraded our room to a suite. I'm sorry, but a "suite" with blood-sucking insects is not an upgrade — it's a health hazard. After leaving, we discovered that multiple other guests have posted about bed bugs at this hotel going back years. Clearly this is a recurring, unresolved infestation, and the hotel is doing nothing about it. We had to bag all our clothes, leave them in a hot car, and sanitize everything at home just to make sure we didn’t bring the infestation with us. No apology. No refund. Just blame-shifting and deflection. Avoid this place like the plague. Bed bugs are no joke — and neither is this hotel’s complete lack of responsibility or customer care.

Rooms are dirty. Stained carpets and halls smell of cigarettes. Cheaply maintained. Half size pillows. Everything about this place is done on the cheap. Place has a run down feel with a sloppy coat of paint. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you are desperate.

Older hotel that needs some TLC. We had to buy febreeze for the room to try to mask the smell. The room smells awful!! Staff was belligerent and disrespectful. If we did have to stay for a tournament, we would go somewhere else. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The place was barely clean. Smell of cigarettes in my room was awful. Carpet in room, you were afraid to take your shoes off.

My stay was good as the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice. The only issues were the TV remote and finding stations was very difficult to understand and manage. The elevator was slow and could use an upgrade.

The pictures online are not at all accurate. The room we received was in terrible condition. Dirty, smelly, extremely outdated. There was a huge crack in the window. I felt very unsafe and ended up not staying there. I walked into the room at 11:30pm and turned right around and checked out. So bad, I tried to get a refund but the staff wouldn’t reason with me at all.

Run the other way.
It smells very bad, and is dirty and dark. I asked for a refund after arriving, but they said no, and didn’t even bother asking what was wrong or what they could do to help.
