This is truly a gem! *There is a max of 5 people including children/babies in the home at any time. There are absolutely no exceptions. *Please note this home has a steep driveway and you will need AWD, 4WD or chains to access during the winter. *Please note: We have had multiple inquiries on an outdoor grill, unfortunately we are in a very high bear zone and outdoor cooking, and leaving a grill will encourage even more activity. We appreciate all guests being respectful of the property and the neighbors. Please no loud parties and no more than 2 vehicles on the property at any time. Please leave the premises in good order at the conclusion of your rental to ensure Cleaning crew can complete their normal duties and security deposit can be promptly refunded.
