On arrival day, our flight into ICN airport was delayed. After we landed at around 23:00, I called the phone number in the listing to notify the host that we will be arriving late. The host picked up the phone right away, and although the phone signal was bad and there was a little bit of communication issue with English, eventually we got the message through. We ended up in a long line at immigration clearance, and after the taxi ride, we arrived at the property after 00:30. When we got there, the host was outside waiting for us, quickly checked my passport and then helped us get our 3 suitcases, 4 backpacks, and a stroller into our unit. We stayed one night and checked out the next day. As we were leaving at 11:00 (check-out time), the staff were already cleaning the other rooms and the common area. On our way out, the host asked us where we were going, and then gave us a ride to Unseo subway station for free. I have never experienced a more hospitable host than DreamTrip Guesthouse. The service was beyond awesome. Keep in mind that the property is more akin to a private dormitory with private restroom and shower, and a communal kitchen and dining area. The room is fairly small, with the beds taking us most of the space, but it is enough for a night of sleep. Unfortunately, we did not have time to use any of the communal facilities. Also, as we found other while leaving, the host seemed to be much more fluent in Mandarin than English. It would be helpful if languages spoken were advertised in this listing.

Nice guesthouse if you have early morning flight from Incheon airport. 24 hours check-in is a great plus. 7 minutes walk to Unseo station. Place was clean and kitchen utilities were provided (kettle, microwave, etc.), convenience store next building.

Good service provided by the guesthouse even though we checked in late. Travelers looking for a guesthouse close to Incheon Airport, a minimal budget, close to AREX station, CLEAN and equipped with all the facilities for travelers are recommended to stay at this guesthouse.

Fast and easy check-in and check-out. Very close to the train station also accessible to everything.

Very bad service and unsophisticated uneducated. The owner old man does not know servicing internationally. Oh my god bad experience I have faced. Whatever happened want to help customers. I really don’t recommend this place. When he throwing my baggage he broke down as I attached

Reaching guesthouse around 12am local time. A very quiet neighbourhood but it takes longer time than expected to reach guesthouse from subway station. Consider to get a cab or taxi instead of walking.

The place is comfortable and well located, just walking distance from the subway station that goes straight to seoul. The owner is quiet and willing to help you.

We stayed in a quad room with two bunk beds, two adults, and one each for 15 and 11 year olds. Considering the cheap price for a place to sleep, I guess it's ok. There is a shower nozzle between the sink and the toilet, so it's difficult to take a shower at that distance. The toilet leaks so much that we only washed our faces and feet. The outlet is SE type, but it is a type that plugs into a round recess, so it cannot be inserted properly with a converter that can be used for many types, and charging is unstable. A dedicated conversion plug is required only for SE. There was hair on the bed and floor, so I'll give it a cleanliness rating of 2. The floor is heated, so it's very warm, so you don't need to turn on the air conditioner, or rather, it may be too hot for some people. There is no soundproofing, so some loud voices can leak out. I could hear small children's voices often. Amenities include shampoo, conditioner, body soap, 1 soap, 1 cup, 2 toilet rolls, 1 tissue box, hair dryer, comb, hand mirror, 8 large face towels (2 per person), 4 indoor slippers, 1 bathroom slipper. The manager (guide) does not speak Japanese, but he can communicate with his sloppy English. When I arrived at the check-in, he came to greet me at the entrance without making me wait. I climbed a few stairs and took the elevator to the 3rd floor. There were rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors, and there was a common room for eating on the 2nd floor. There was a low table, sink, refrigerator, microwave, and water server. I was able to somehow communicate the explanation of how to use it and the PIN number. The service was neither good nor bad. The location is a backstreet, so there are few street lights and no people around at night, so it is quite dark. It is not a place that can be called beautiful. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It's about a 10-15 minute walk from the station, so there are plenty of restaurants in front of the station, including some that are open 24 hours. If you're just looking for a place to stay, I don't think it's a problem. The price is super cheap, so I'm not sure if I'd stay there again with my family. I hope this information is helpful.

I stayed with my family. Comflakes were complimentary. There was a shower room inside the room, which was convenient. I'd like to stay again.

The room is okay, but there is no place to put any clothes in the bathroom. If you live alone, you can get out of the bathroom and get dressed. It would be awkward for two people. There are no big towels, only 4 face towels. There is toothpaste but no toothbrush. There is a water dispenser in the common area and some flaked corn for breakfast.
