SSlavaI booked this hotel based on the many positive reviews I read. However, I was quite surprised by my experience.
The hotel is clean, not too far from the airport, and offers a shuttle bus. The bed was very clean and comfortable. However, the biggest issue is the noise. The hotel is located right next to the runway, and every departing plane makes the room extremely noisy. Even with earplugs, sleeping was nearly impossible.
Another issue was the towels. They felt low quality and didn’t seem very clean. The check-in process was also slow due to the large number of people arriving with the shuttle bus.
Lastly, what shocked me the most was when I requested a late check-out. The reception manager, Mook, told me that if I left a positive review, he could arrange it. I didn’t expect to see this kind of practice still happening in Korea. This is completely unacceptable.
If you need a quiet night’s sleep, I do not recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserRoom was clean and relatively large - could sit by the window and watch the sunset and the planes go by. Walking distance to shops and restaurants as well as the digital show near the arena that comes on every 30minutes. Staff were friendly and helpful.

GGuest UserWe experienced a very unfortunate travel delay which landed us in Incheon, South Korea for three nights. As we scrambled to read hotel reviews and check availability, DK Hotel was recommend by the baggage agent.
The hotel was warm, inviting, clean, quiet and the room had many delightful amenities including an air purifier, microwave, mini refrigerator, bidet toilet and plenty of fantastic misc travel samples from Korean skin care to amenities for couples.
However, the unexpected kindness and extraordinary hospitality shown by the Hotel Manager, Mr. Han, touched our hearts so deeply, it’s made an everlasting impact.
Over three days, he intuitively gifted cup of noodles as a gesture one morning after seeing we were too tired to make it out for food, partly due to it being 29 degrees and we were packed for 90 and humid weather! He lent me a down jacket and
recommended wonderful restaurants to visit in the area. One of the best meals we had on our travels through Vietnam and Cambodia. Kindly held our bags and printed a travel document prior to our departure. He has made friends and customers for life and it changed what was an extremely stressful situation in to something kind and incredible.
If you are going to Incheon, I highly recommend this hotel, and please say hello to my new friend, Mr. Han. 😇

However, it's advisable to reserve this service at least one day in advance. Additional facilities include a 24-hour business center, on-site dining options, and a convenience store.

TTheMachineOn arrival day, our flight into ICN airport was delayed. After we landed at around 23:00, I called the phone number in the listing to notify the host that we will be arriving late. The host picked up the phone right away, and although the phone signal was bad and there was a little bit of communication issue with English, eventually we got the message through. We ended up in a long line at immigration clearance, and after the taxi ride, we arrived at the property after 00:30. When we got there, the host was outside waiting for us, quickly checked my passport and then helped us get our 3 suitcases, 4 backpacks, and a stroller into our unit.
We stayed one night and checked out the next day. As we were leaving at 11:00 (check-out time), the staff were already cleaning the other rooms and the common area. On our way out, the host asked us where we were going, and then gave us a ride to Unseo subway station for free.
I have never experienced a more hospitable host than DreamTrip Guesthouse. The service was beyond awesome.
Keep in mind that the property is more akin to a private dormitory with private restroom and shower, and a communal kitchen and dining area. The room is fairly small, with the beds taking us most of the space, but it is enough for a night of sleep. Unfortunately, we did not have time to use any of the communal facilities. Also, as we found other while leaving, the host seemed to be much more fluent in Mandarin than English. It would be helpful if languages spoken were advertised in this listing.

GGuest UserAll good. The hotel is near airport shuttle. Very convenient location. There's 7 Eleven down there for easy quick meal since I arrived quite late and checkout early. The room is big. Toothpaste, towel, toothbrush, body shower, shampoo, and even treatment are provided. Good wifi. Washing machine, fan,heater, and fridge are provided. Microwave is not working. It just that I hope they can provide fork, spoon, and a plate as well. They only provided 4 paper cups, which I recycled multiple times. Great view. No bidet.
