Everything fine, just a few remarks. It is definitely more than 200m far from the beach, more like 750m. Wifi was available in the room. The agency was promoting it by claiming there will be stacked minifridge upon arrival. That actually meant 2x water, 2x sparkling water and 2x small carton of soft frink. The whole block with our room (no. 134 was suffering from a loud noise in the evenings, as the hotel next door had its stage just behind the fence. Not too much of a deal, but if you travel with little kids, it´s a thing to consider. Loooong lines in the dining areas could have been avoided, if the hotel designated more places with the most favorite food (pancakes, fried eggs and french fries). Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay, was definitely worth it.

This is not a family hotel. Mini club does not work if there are less then 5 kids. This is what they say. The animators just sit around and drink tea, ignoring kids. On the photo is a kids animator! Guest Relations does not work! She says "all questions to reception". Reception has no idea about the kids club. Just take a look at the photo!

Room was ok Hotel ok Food every day the same noon and evening no variation!! Example you have pasta every day napolitana 3 times a day. They say midnight snacks but you can have only soup and pasta napolitana. Food are not hot! I ask cola zere they give us normal cola with water!!! Not so friendly! They don’t clean the tables in the restaurant!!! One more week to go! Pfff I’m staying here for 2 weeks.

Good hotel, but there was some problem 1- The personnel who worked in the hotel can't speak English 2- the personnel are often stressed 3- The service in the restaurant is not good. However, there were also good things in the restaurant. 1- Entertainers were best 2- the pool and slides was wery good 3- the food was good 4- room

It’s not a 4 stars hotel. It can be quite called 3-stars hotel. No Wi-Fi in the room, changing cold-hot water, food is poor, no seafood, no normal meet, some bitter fruits, alcohol is awful. Almost everything is for extra charge. For our request regarding WiFi we didn’t get any support. I have been to much better hotels within the same price category. A huge disappointment. Det är inte ett 4-stjärnig hotell och jag tror även inte det motsvarar 3 stjärnor. Ingen Wi Fi i rummet, omväxlande het-kalt vatten när man duschar, valet av mat är väldigt dåligt - samma maträtter varje dag, inget normalt kött, frukter i skal och smakar inte, alkohol och drycker är fruktansvärda.

Honestly goodhotel , we stayed here one week in serra garden and everythink lovely , this hotel is real nicefor kids,in the evening thereis a show for kids, i had amazing week a serra garden especally the enertainment team
