A traditional onsen japanese hotel but a bit worn out everywhere

service: The staff are friendly and super helpful. The staff checking us in was able to communicate in English adequately, and both the cafe and noodle shop attached have menus in English, Korean, Chinese, and Japanese. Most services in the hotel have all four languages written some where so it's pretty convenient. The amenities provided were fantastic, they even provided face masks free of charge, to really maximize the relaxation. facilities: We booked the room with a personal hot tub/sauna and it was definitely worth it! You can take a soak in the privacy of your room at any time of the day, so relaxing! The public onsen was also very nice, with clear instructions on proper procedure and very helpful staff, don't hesitate to ask them any questions. Definitely give it a try, but remember to be respectful of your fellow bathers. I would recommend that you check in as soon as the hotel allows, so you enjoy the public onsen as soon as possible haha food: We booked the buffet breakfast, it was interesting. Sme traditional Japanese cuisine and some traditional western fare; all delicious. If you don't want restaurants food from the first floor, and have some time to spare, feel free to ask the staff about any nearby convenience stores. conclusion: we had a fantastic time. the location is very quiet and walking around during the day is very relaxing, followed by a soak in your private tub or the public onsen.

An exclusive and quiet hotel. Old and dated facilities and room, but well... ok for its price tag. Food was good, service staff were all excellent. Communication was an issue, but we used translators and they were effortful in trying to understand our enquiries. Onsen indoor and outdoor pools were not big, so can be crowded.

Very surprised Cantonese speaker from Hong Kong help us at front desk like home coming. He is very friendly and helpful. We missed the shuttle provided by hotel but it’s easy to catch a public bus to arrive. The Family room with open air bath is nice and worth the price. Bath with the nice view is very relaxing, stress free. The hot spring is nice as well. Great experience, will definitely come back someday.

오사카 여행중 잠시 들렸던 료칸입니다 잌다 역에서 셔틀타고 픽업서비스 받았습니다. 시설은 오래되서 제 스타일은 아니었지만 가격대비 만족합니다. 식사는 너무 괜찮았습니다. 카이세키는 다른곳에서 먹어서 여기서는 회정식을 먹었는데 만족 했습니다 아침식사도 정갈한 일본식사에 만족했구요^^

픽업 셔틀버스타려면 예약해야하는데, 저는 별도 예약 없이 가서 기사님에게 얘기했더니 태워주셨습니다. 다른건 모르겠고 온천은 진짜 좋았습니다.

我們訂的是一泊二食的家庭房，訂的時候有註明七個人，而且是家庭套房，不知道為什麼到了飯店卻說房間有限定只能容納五人，我們是拖老帶小，而且到的時候已經是傍晚，結果迫於無奈，只能當場加錢再訂一個雙人房。後來打電話給Trip.com客服，他們說會和飯店溝通，第二天回覆我，沒想到最後Trip把額外訂的雙人房錢退給我！！！太感動了！ 謝謝Trip.com的客服，以後還是會在Trip.com訂飯店。 飯店整體來說不錯，雖然舊，但很舒服。晚餐是懷石料理，早餐是自助式的，很好吃。 房間的露天溫泉♨️很棒。風景很優美

地方比較偏僻，前後都是山。住的是風呂式房間，自帶泡温泉的，房間面積比較大。窗外非常私密，獨自泡湯比較愜意。前台説房間裏那個不是真正的温泉，四樓大浴池才是。大浴池是脱光泡的，無需泳衣。早飯很日式，清湯寡水的。一樓洗漱用品自己拿，面膜，洗面奶等等都有，還可以免費租借棉質浴衣，各種花式，腰帶在房間裏的。總體感覺還不錯，因為偏僻，留出足夠的時間。

房間不錯，酒店還環也不錯，比較安靜，早餐自助餐跟晚餐都可以試試，因為我是2個人去，房間空間都算大，露天風呂環境也很不錯，前台工作人員有會中文的，不會很難溝通，酒店內餐廳都有中文，酒店有接駁巴士交通都算餐可以

酒店設備齊全，有三溫暖，還有泳池。 大阪過來便捷，全程不超過1小時。 注意要預約好送迎巴士。車站到酒店不是合適徒步到達的位置。

시설도 좋고 가이세키 서비스 해주시는 분 친절하고 좋았어요 온천도 저녁,아침 모두 하고 체크아웃했고 조석식 다 좋았습니다! 다만 무료셔틀 시간이 더 많았으면 좋았을것같아요

第一次住溫泉旅館，很棒的體驗。房間內有私人風呂，雖然不是溫泉水，但有景觀可看又大十分不錯。另外還有大浴場用的是溫泉水，很不錯。
