Overall good experience here, main weak spot is that no english was spoken (my french was better than their english which says a lot). Otherwise clean room, good parking, friendly staff. Breakfast was good and Buffet style. Location is a bit away from it all. If you're travelling by car and are ok with driving the the National Park, driving for Dinner etc. this is a good value option.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The hotel does not reflect the quality of a 4 stars hotel. The staff is uninterested and the manager is borderline rude. The room was dusty and the carpets were dirty. I found loose hair on the floor. The TV service partly worked. No room service I was given a room with said ‘veranda’ on the first floor (rez de chaussé) where the glassdoors didnt close. Whats the point of having a room key? They provided no slippers so I was using my sneakers the whole time. I needed a glass and i asked everyone from the hotel room service to the manager, they say okey but the glass cup never arrived. Waste of money.

hello i wana make a special thank to the reception stuff they were so kind and the check in went soi smoothly we felt like home , i recommand you guys to came visit and enjoy your stay , biggest thanks to the people on the reception for making our stay easier 😍

Arrived after noon. Check in went normal and we got our door card. We booked 2 weeks before a suit for three. An employee borded us right after to tell us that the suit is for 2 persons not 3. We try to explain to her that our booking confirmation specifies 3 persons. She proposes reimbursement and cancellation as the hostel is fully booked., we politely declined. We then proceed to our suit . Right afterwards, the manager calls the laundry room employee calling us names “a..holes” . Shocked and angry, we still decide to sleep ( because we were tired after more than 200 miles of travel in overheated road). In the evening and the day after we try to get hold of the manager to explain her/his behavior but to no avail. The hostel is not worth it for more than two days as there is not much to do in the vicinity (neither the city). The pool is small and closes at 17h30. The while region suffers from poor infrastructure and negligence

This is my third time going to this hotel and honestly the service is always the best. I would like to thank Mme Itto who took care of us and made sure everything was in place. She didn't hesitate to check up on us regularly. at the end of our stay we considered her as a friend in Ifrane.

A relatively new sterile and soulless hotel built on the cheap . Nothing works. Sliding door to the outside does not lock which is a security risk. Door handle fell off as I entered the room. Bathroom heater fittings fell off the wall. No soap or even water provided. Heated towel rack doesn't work. This hotel is a horror.
