A beautiful hotel with helpful and kind people working there including a wonderful and peaceful garden area with nice, comfortable sun beds and a private beach. Special Thanks go out to the fantastic Personal and Fitness Coach Pedros. He offered very a very good and exceptionally wide variety of training methods from HIT, over different variations of circuit trainings up to calmer trainings like mobility and animal movement. All in all, a beautiful place to spend calm, peaceful and relaxed summer holidays!

From the very first welcome to the final goodbye, everything at Numo Ierapetra Beach was exceptional. The hotel is beautifully designed, fragrant, and very comfortable. The staff were kind, professional, and quick to help – a special thank you to Alina, who was truly outstanding. The rooms were cosy and spotlessly clean. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a wide range of high-quality, nutritious options. I especially appreciated the peaceful swimming pool area, the second pool with a bar and perfect water temperature, and the well-maintained beach. The hotel also offers great extras like an outdoor cinema, yoga and fitness options, and a stylish café. There’s even a grocery and souvenir shop just next door with lovely staff and a good selection. If you're looking for a relaxing, peaceful or romantic getaway where everything runs at the highest standard and you feel truly welcome, Numo Ierapetra Beach is the perfect choice.

We have just got back from a weeks stay at Numo. Overall this is a lovely hotel and we had a really relaxed stay. I would not rate the hotel 5* as there are a few areas for improvement. Also just to emphasise other reviews, this hotel is really in the middle of nowhere, so car hire is essential if you wish to explore Crete. We also got a coach transfer from the airport, which took 3 hours with all the stops (we booked with TUI). FYI as this is advertised as a 1.5 hour journey (which it would be if it didn't stop at 8 hotels on the way!!). Petros and Tina at the gym are fantastic. We attended lots of group classes and these were a highlight of our stay. Both Petros and Tina are amazing coaches - we found the classes to be really enjoyable (and hard work!). Exercises are explained clearly and effectively and are well planned. It was particularly valuable to learn about the proper techniques and how to prevent injury. Aquafit was SO fun - we were sad this was only on the timetable once per week! Breakfast food was good and your standard selection of breakfast items. It would be good to have some berries to have with the granola and yoghurt. Dinner was also good (quite a few reviews here say it is repetitive but we did not think so). Dinner is a bit limited if you are vegetarian. The hotel is well kept and the swimming pool and sea are lovely. Defo bring sea shoes as the beach is very rocky. Areas for improvement - - price lists for the minibar/snacks in the room! It is not obvious what is included and what isn't - larger water bottles in the rooms - these were restocked daily but tiny - increased food options for in the day - there are no snack options, you can't get crisps or smaller lunch sized meals. Luckily there is a shop (not linked to the hotel) right at the entrance, where we visited each day for crisps etc (it's also much cheaper than the hotel). Lunch menu is extremely limited with burgers (20 euro) or salad but not much else - these are also bigger portion sizes than required (I shared with my partner most days). - ice cream as an option with dinner! We didn't have ice cream all week - water not included with dinner - had to purchase a bottle at every dinner time and takes away from the feeling of the holiday being half-board as constantly paying for things ! - 250 ml of coke zero is 4.50 euro which is insane - training with the staff when taking payment - we opted not to open a room tab and pay as we go for our drinks & food. This was clearly unusual as confused the staff when we asked to pay rather than just sign to the room. There were several occasions where we would be mid meal and a card machine was shoved in our faces for payment - on a couple of occasions the cocktails we ordered were 'out of stock' which was disappointing - day time drinks by the pool were served in smaller, plastic cups despite being the same price as if you were to order them in the evening

The hotel is very nice, the staff extremely friendly but there are some minor issues: The doors of the rooms are thin like paper and all the noise from outside is coming in unfiltered (in our case caterpillar noise early every morning), the buffet dinner is of poor quality so that we restricted ourself to bread with ham and cheese. Also it should be mentioned that the beach is not suitable for swimming for everyone as there are rocks underneath the water surface; however if you are an experienced swimmer equipped with goggles you may be able to bypass the rocks to reach open water.

My stay at Numo Ierapetra left me disappointed overall. The property has potential, but persistent service inconsistencies and poor follow‑through on commitments prevent it from feeling truly premium: No towels available at the “quiet pool”; guests were told to fetch them from the main pool. Breakfast was fine but far from memorable, and the barista station offered no cow’s milk. My room felt small and surprisingly dark, with a tiny balcony. The shower drain was blocked. Some sun‑loungers (especially on the beach) and some side tables were worn or poorly cleaned. The gym is not very well equipped in my opinion; only the small outdoor area stands out. On the positive side, the resort’s design is beautiful, the arrival experience is genuinely welcoming (guided tour, refreshing welcome drink), and the main pools and pool bar are lovely spots to relax. Unfortunately, a serious communication issue overshadowed my visit. After I had to leave early for a family emergency, I was told at the front desk that my colleague could remain under our booked rate without problem—only for the hotel to reverse that decision after my departure and calling my colleague in the morning hours to demand extra payment.

The place is wonderful from any aspect. The area is gorgeous, the beach is stunning, with little stones and right next to the pool. The restaurant served delicious food. Breakfast and dinner buffets had an endless variety of anything you can think of and the choices for lunch were also really nice. We enjoyed a lot the spa, the wonderful greek products they are using and the extra care they put in order to make the experience enjoyable. It was very quiet, has a second pool a bit more secluded and overall, we enjoyed, rested and left very energized.
