Just skip it. Stay somewhere else. No Wi-Fi. No hot water. Aloof staff. Anaz was incredibly helpful, he should be working somewhere better. There's no reason to be paying "resort prices" when the standards of this place are incredibly poor.

I had a fantastic stay here with my friend and family! We had so much fun and made some wonderful memories. A special shoutout to Mr. Paramanantham by the poolside—his support made our time even more enjoyable, especially for our friend and my son. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Overall, it was a truly delightful experience!

Swiming full staff Parmananth is good it's service was good The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

Myself and my wife are from Chennai . We planned a trip to Madurai. After staying in Madurai for 2 days, we travelled from Madurai to Oxygen Resorts, Kumily, Thekkadi to stay for 3 nights that was booked earlier, from 19th to 22nd Feb 2025. Well received at the reception we checked in around 1 pm. The resort nestled in absolutely picturesque and scenic beauty. It is in hilly place with rooms constucted 3 in 1 block. We were assigned the room no. 402 in the first block closer to the reception and restaurant. The room consisted of a King size cot with comfortable matress and 4 pillows. The room had good storage points for our utility. There was a big balcony attached to the room overlooking the thick forest like trees and plantations of spices & herbs. Deep down from the block of rooms there was swimming pool for the use for visitors to the resort. The pool was maintained clean and is a good place for some activity little late in the morning as it will be very chill early.The spacious bathroom was provided with a clean big wash basin on a platform and a western closet cleanly maintained. Hot water was available for long hours from morning 6pm & evening 6 pm that helped very much on these cold days of stay. The resort was a center point that it helped visit many sightseeing places without much of time being consumed. To improve the resort services, I think the bathing portion is too small and uncomfortable, that can be taken care of. The walking path to the rooms are without lighting that is dangerous, especially for senior citizens. The light in front of the room door does not have independent connection as the visitors go out and come during late hours will face problems in the stairs. We found there is no lock for the glass partition to the balcony without which we feel unsecured at night. Apart from these negatives, I must say we enjoyed in full our stay at Oxygen resort and consider it a very good break from routine.
