A simple, polite explanation would have been enough to clarify the rules, but instead, we were treated as if we had done something wrong. The lack of clear signage, communication, and basic courtesy made this incident highly disappointing. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome, even in situations where rules need to be enforced. Unfortunately, this resort failed to meet even the most basic standards of guest relations, leaving us humiliated and ruining the overall mood of our trip. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously, trains their staff in proper customer service, and ensures such incidents don’t happen again. Future visitors deserve a much better experience than what we encountered.
