A hotel to rival all others 1. Sunbed dash to rival supermarket sweep Not enough sun beds to cater for all hotel residents. Hotel policy is: “You must not reserve sunbeds before 08:00 and any towels laid out before 08:00 will be removed and taken to reception.” This is a lie. If you haven’t reserved a bed at 6am, you won’t get one. 2. Feeding times rival the zoo The behaviour of residents at meal times is embarrassing, resembling feral animals whilst waiting for the all inclusive to open. We actually left the site to eat in Icmeler as we were that disgusted by the behaviour. This is supposed to be the more reserved and family oriented of the two Julian hotels in the area. I dread to think what Club Julian (the more lively) is like. 3. WiFi to rival McDonalds 4. Not enough bar staff, queues in the evening rival Alton Towers, minus the thrills Good points: - One or two staff members made the stay bearable - Entertainment team do their best - No complaints with the food (once you’re in)

Absolutely amazing hotel so clean staff friendly my kids loved the yolo team they loved getting up and joining in love the kids club the pool mini disco Food was nice and something for everyone we realy enjoyed our stay keep doing what you do best we are missing you all already and will be back soon ❤️

We had an amazing holiday 5 stars!!!!!!! Entertainment team was amazing big shout out to funky and gookee they are brilliant! Would 100% recommend this hotel! Will be back later this year for another great holiday Thanks again for an amazing week

Entertainment is great shout out to funky and gokee they are amazing would recommend this hotel it’s a cheerful environment and they always put a smile on your face there’s many things to do for the kids such as there’s a kids club there’s games in the pool there is lots to do here !

Just back home from an excellent week at the Forest. Me and my family had a great time, amazing weather, great food & drink. The entertainment team Funky especially really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and never pass by without saying hello or asking how you are. My kids absolutely loved being part of the YOLO squad. The entertainment team for me made our holiday and would be one of the main reasons for us returning to this hotel. Beautiful hotel in the mountains of Icmeler.

We have just touched down in the UK and I wanted to leave a review of this hotel for potential guests in the future… “3, 2, 1, DJ let’s goooo!” We arrived at the hotel a little later than expected due to baggage issues at the airport and then busy traffic due to the Turkish bank holiday, and then upon arrival, there was a mishap and we were given a room already in use by other guests, so by this point I was thinking it was going to be a bit of a disaster. I had read reviews prior to going so had heard all about the famous Funky and his team so I was looking forward to meeting him in the hopes of lifting the holiday. Sure enough the next morning, we were welcomed and introduced to the team, Funky, Omar, Gokhee, DJ Joseph who has some impressive breakdancing skills might I add! And of course the beautiful Cindy. Funky and his team would check in every morning to see how you were, offer you the day’s activities and let you decide if you wanted to join, they would never hound you if you weren’t keen but if you are looking for some fun whilst away, you have the choice in abundance but equally you have the choice to just relax. The kids club is absolutely second to none, my two kids adored Cindy, taking part in a number of fun activities with her and after one day of joining her, they would then run in without hesitation when they realised kids club was open 😆. This leads us nicely on to Tomas and his team in the food service area. Tomas was so kind and welcoming, we made ourselves known to him on the first evening and from then on he would come and say hello and check all was okay at mealtimes, checking if there was anything we needed, not just within the food area. Our boys would give him a high five every time we saw him and he would always be happy to see them! The food in the buffet restaurant and the snack bar were fantastic, one of, if not the best all inclusive I’ve seen, we never struggled and we have a fussy eater within our pack. The bar staff were also super polite, the all inclusive being relatively good with your usual cocktails/beer/local spirits on tap. Special mention also goes to Photographer Jack who took so many photos of us and the boys that it made it difficult to select just a few and we ended up buying all the digital images 😆. We spent our holiday just relaxing around the pool and enjoying the evening entertainment hosted by Funky and the team and I can absolutely agree that it is this that makes the holiday, they are the most kindest and welcoming people you can meet without it being too much, they are the sole reason that Julian Forrest 2024 will be a core memory for our boys. The hotel have found a fantastic team to build up guests enjoyment whilst staying, for us we found the hotel dated and in need of a good revamp, but the general areas were kept clean. It is set quite far back in Icmeler but you have a little bus that you can jump on and head in to the nearest towns. Overall, we had a brilliant week

Firstly, this was a last minute holiday. Only 4 days, bust it seemed like it lasted forever. Everyone we met were brilliant. Even the tourists, we played water polo with (just one of the games). I came away with a broken rib. I did say it lasted forever. Let me tell you why.......... The animation team were superb, everyone mentions Funky he's a kool guy, however the rest of the team were as good, Gokee, Joseph (great DJ) , Omar super strong guy, but the piece de la resistance Angelica and Cindy. The whole team were amazing. Not only that, reception, security, housekeeping, restaurant, and the guys behind the bar were brill. Our expectations were not high when we booked this holiday, old hotel, the fabric of the building isn't 5 star, however the team of this hotel really made it for us, such a lovely family, we'll be back. Really good holiday. Amazing animation team, always there. The show was ok, the food was great. The only miner was a cold swimming pool Can't faulty them. Very good experience. Bus going from hotel to nearest city, very cheap and convenient too.

Fantastic hotel. Really enjoyed our holiday and we will definitely going back. The staff were amazing and welcoming. The animation team were brilliant providing all the entertainment you could need for kids and adults. We had such a good time with them. Couldn't thank them enough for making our trip even better.
