Absolutely awful and should be condemned! DO NOT believe these positive reviews as at least 14 people were in the same boat as us and overbooked the 1st night! Lost 2 days holiday waiting around for them to sort! Food- disgusting and inedible! Booze- watered down dishwater! Hygiene- don’t think they believe in it! Door keycard- broke! Aircon in room- broke! Shower- broke! Lift- broke- once whilst in it as they failed to put signs on each level! Marks all over the walls in room. Excrement on public bathroom womens wall not cleaned once throughout our stay and likely still there. Did not clean our room once. Staff were extremely rude (I mean even the nonverbal communication not just the ‘convenient’ no speak English as even with translate app doesn’t stop staff slamming door keys down in front of you). Staff blatantly lie to your face and no apology when called out for it! Says accessible… the ‘ramps’ were more mountains and hand rails may as well have been made out of strawberry laces as every single one was wobbly and wouldn’t support a flee! Fred Flintstone would have had a comfier bed! High voltage box next to our bedroom door was left unlocked with the keys in completely unsafe! Bed sheets had somebody else’s blood on them. We ate there twice, giving it a go, repetitive but who has black chargrilled turkey that has a hint of green to it (wasn’t a marinade as tasteless too)… made us both ill! We were told the second restaurant/ bar wasn’t open due to it not being full yet if it’s not full why were they overbooked by 14+ people!?! Please, not to be a thorn in their side but for your sake and sanity if looking for a relaxing 3*+ holiday DO NOT PICK HERE! Oh and absolutely no kids club as it was full of sunloungers and I’d not trust the staff with any baby of mine, human or fur type!

we booked the hotel knowing it wouldn’t be 5 star but it was very below average for starters there is no activity’s threwout the day nothing for children, around the pool area it was dirty and had a horrible smell coming from the drains don’t expect it to smell amazing but we were havin to hold our noses when in pool or around same as the outdoor bar we didn’t even want to go up to it the smell was disgraceful, bar closing at half 10 even when it says 12 on the site after half 10 you have to pay for your drinks, the food was not edible we had to go out everyday for food even tho we payed for all inclusive complete waste of time, the room was terrible, the bathroom had mould in the shower , toilet seat was broken, bed was far from comfy the bed cover was itchy and just not what we expected, dust everywhere under the bed was disgraceful, we did not let the cleaners in after reading reviews about people had reported stuff going missing we had to go to the reception to ask for toilet roll and towels and had a hard time asking due to the staff not understanding or being rude no one in the hotel had manners no please and no thank yous the only good thing about the hotel was the location , wasn’t expecting 5 star but will not be coming back again

Start with good, rooms clean with good air con, pool area was nice, although the pool was a bit murky looking a lot of the time !!!!! Bar area was not pleasant !!! Glasses was seen to be just rinsed under the taps not cleaned properly, glasses were then left to dry on mucky clothes behind the bar. Ants crawling all over the bar and machines !!!! We went in the restaurant twice in the 10 days we was there and was sick after both times, staff seem miserable which is fine I understand they work very long hours. Cleaners don't were uniform or any sort of identity, so one morning me and my friend woke up to find a male cleaner stood staring at us till we told him to leave !!!! I am a big believer in you get what u pay for, but this place is realy not worth the money. We went with all expectations of eating out and exploring so for us it wasn't as bad as it would be for some who are on a budget. If you just want a base for your head that's fine, bit for a proper all inclusive experience avoid this place xxx

Never been to Turkey before and this is a great location, 2 minutes from the beach, bars and restaurants nearby and a beautiful pool. The staff and bartenders were very friendly as well and happy to help with anything.
