Cosy and affordable hotel with wonderful hosts, overall decent breakfast (the bread is amazing), and they have turkish coffee here . Some really nice views from the balcony and you can hike up the hill just outside the hotel for a sunrise. On the downside location is a bit remote so you'd have to taxi in and out, a taxi to Goreme centre will cost about 10 Euros one way. Also the room isn't soundproof so hopefully your neigbors aren't noisy but you get some wonderful birds chirping in the morning.
Ilhan the manager and Nergis the owner helped us plan our trip even before we arrived, they can help you plan and organize private tours if you want i.e. hot air baloon, underground city, airport transfer or any time you need to book a cab. All the other staff were really down to earth and nice people. We had a wonderful time.

I spent my 3 days holiday there with my family and we all liked the place very much. This was a family run boutique hotel. Owners and service staff are very friendly and helpful. Very clean. You can enjoy home made pastries with a historical view.. Location is a bit far, you need a car or taxi service (provided by the hotel in reasonable price). Buy in return you feel yourself in the heart of nature and history. We really reccomend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at Narcissoo Cave. Very peaceful and amazing rock formations surround the hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast and all the staff were helpful especially the owner. The conversion of the hotel has an interesting history and is respectfull of heritage in the area and adjacent village. I would strongly recommend a stay here.

No doubt that the very very kind smiling and helpful staff starting with Ali Bey the owner, his wife Nergiz the manager and owner, the smiling receptionist and the very very kind 2 ladies working in the kitchen. The rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. I only had one maintenance remark regarding the shower, they promised to take care and I'm sure they did it. The roof balcony is also beautiful and relaxing. We will come back again. Very very good value for money !!!

Excellent hotel. Great rooms and service by everyone. We were a group of 6 people and we stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Service by all the staff was good and the owner of the hotel is also super helpful in suggesting itinerary and in general a nice person to talk with. Hoping to stay for longer the next time we visit. p.s. This hotel is in a quiet village, so having a personal vehicle will really help

This hotel is located in a local village. The view is great and it is very quiet and peaceful environment far away from the hustle-bustle downtown area. I think this hotel is fairly new and its more like a boutique hotel, it provides Turkish breakfast, but does not serve lunch or dinner. The nearest restaurant is about 10 minutes walk. The view from the rooftop is amazing. Me and my friend stayed 2 nights at the this hotel. Our twin bed room was very spacious, it was divided into a sleeping and sofa area. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the hotel’s manager Alcen provided a lot of travel advise and information. We really enjoyed our stay at Narcissoss Cave Hotel and hopefully we will come again soon.
