Invisa Hotel Club Cala Verde

After reading recent negative reviews we were very apprehensive but but as soon as we were dropped off that apprehension soon went ,it is such a lovely place , it is a large resort ,I struggle a bit with mobility and found the hills and steps to room a bit much ,always plenty of sun beds , room was a bit smaller than we are used to ,the food was some of the best we have had on an all inclusive,the variety was endless ,sadly the only down side was the hot food was only ever warm ,yesterday we went to breakfast early due to departure time so went to restaurant for 7.30 but did not open to guest until 8.00 am but foot was already sitting there and wasn’t even that hot ,eggs ,beans etc were still only Luke warm so goodness knows how long it had been put out for and just sat there

So Lots of the recent reviews are directed at TUI NOT THE HOTEL this is unfair on the hotel as TUI advertise it as 4 star whereas the blanca it 3. I can see people are frustrated that they are in the sister hotel Cala blanca but it’s still a very good 3 hotel. We used both lots of facilities and the blanca was definitely more oriented for kids the verde a little more chilled. Now we stayed in the VERDE it’s amazing from the staff to the food quality and rooms, everything was perfecto The views from all communal pool areas are fantastic(see attached images) We are literally still here, although it’s our last day and would recommend both hotel’s especially the VERDE. No negatives really and that is rare, yes you are away from the nightlife and there’s basically nothing here but the bus service is ok, taxis are expensive and Uber does now operate here. Fantastic stay Special shout out to Alexandro who kept everything ticking over entertainment wise!! Don’t hestitate BOOK IT!! ☀️

Booked with jet2 and had requested that we were allocated cala verde hotel after reading some other reviews. On arrival we were the only family on the bus who had been allocated a room at cala verde , everyone else was at cala Blanca. The hotel provided a car to collect us and baggage and took us up the hill to cala verde. Hotel was spotless, all staff were so helpful and friendly. Some of them speaking, Spanish, English, French and German. The aircon isn't on in the rooms in April but reception gave us a fan. You can hire beach towels from reception. Pool and ping pong available too. The football pitch and tennis courts at verde were closed during our stay. Pools were cold. There is an indoor pool at cala Blanca hotel but when we went to use it it was much smaller than the photo shows and it was packed with kids. The cala verde is the quieter more relaxed hotel, cala Blanca seems very busy. There is a great shop on site at the beach and small Spar. Warning for people with mobility issues, cala verde has a lot of steps and steep hill down to the beach. We went out for day trip with kayak Ibiza who are located on the beach next to shop. It was a great experience. Food was good although the desserts were the same all week. Would have been nice to try some different options. Gorgeous views over the water from the restaurant. There are also regular buses at the hotel if you fancy a day trip. Not really much for teenagers to do and would have been beneficial if kids could play football somewhere in the evenings. Animation team were so enthusiastic and welcoming. Overall a lovely hotel, excellent staff and gorgeous views. Nothing to do within walking distance, you would have to get a bus to the next town for shops and other restaurants. Our transfer bus back to airport never turned up, it only went to cala Blanca so we had to get a taxi to airport. Reception staff were so helful in sorting this and taking care of us.

Fantastic hotel, very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Clean and nice. Clean room with a comfortable bed, fridge, safe. As a welcome gift, we found drinks, a KitKat bar and chips. My son was very happy 😊. the food in the restaurant is always delicious, fresh, diverse, for everyone. The hotel has a beautiful view of the Balearic Sea. I highly recommend it and thank you for the pleasant time spent in this hotel.

Love the Club Cala Verde! First time here and felt like home. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. They all work so hard. We had a fab room,just as the picture when we booked via easyJet. Beautiful view of the hills and sea at no extra cost. Comfy beds and large bathroom . Had a fridge in the room stocked with a couple of cans of soft drinks & water. They also popped in a KitKat and a packet of crisps on the side. Nice little touch . I brought my own tea bags and hot chocolate for the room. There's a Spar nearby for milk etc... If you have mobility issues this may not be the place for you,lots of slopes and stairs. Saying that they are wheelchair accessible in the hotel, accessible toilets and lifts into the swimming pool which is something I've not seen before. Everywhere is very clean and well kept. The views are stunning,fab location and beautiful starry night sky's. Will definitely be returning....

Staff so kind a big thanks to Lara and team at the kids camp who went above and beyond. The food is delicious the tennis courts are great the children loved all the activities and pools. Great location close to the most lovely beach. Drinks very good too.

We took advice from others and checked we were booked at Cala Verde not Cala Blanca (we weren’t) so paid €230 to upgrade and we are glad that we did. Lovely room, nice view of sea. Can get noisy at night as entertainment on till 11pm. Also lots of stairs and walking be warned. Not ideal with a pram so everyone left theirs in reception. Staff also happily watch you struggle with your luggage and do not offer to help. Rooms are nice and the vibe is nicer too in Cala Verde. No coffee in room and no milk? There is tea though. Cot provided for baby which she slept well in. Air con good, free toiletries, tv is all Spanish so no BBC News. We did get a kit kat, bag of crisps, 2 bottles of water on night 1 though left for us. Also food is better at Cala Verde. Lots of choice and themed nights - Italian was great. I am vegetarian and managed to find lots of choices. Shame that the fruit juices are not fresh and only available at breakfast. I don’t want to drink fizzy drinks or water all of the time? Also the ‘mocktails’ are disgusting. Undrinkable. We stayed on an all inclusive basis. We found this laughable. No branded drinks available apart from Estrella beer. This never used to be the case? Have the hotel been trying to make more money or something lately? A shot of cognac will set you back 10 Euros!!! Crisps and chocolate also cost extra. The ice creams included are mini milks, twisters, some rubbish tubs of ice cream or a lolly. Forget cornettos or magnums or anything decent - pay extra for that. The a la carte restaurant is also 45 Euros extra!!! How are they allowed to call this hotel all inclusive?? Entertainment is very very good. We enjoyed The Lion King, some acrobatic acts and a few tribute acts. The kids also loved the mini disco. Staff work really hard to keep everyone entertained and run pool yoga, aerobics etc during the day. Location is remote as others have said. There is a spa shop on site bout 15 mins walk away. We didn’t go to the beach as the hill was too steep. Beautiful views. Pirate Land for kids is great. All in all, we are annoyed that the all inclusive basis here seems like a rip off. I would not advise booking it, go half board if anything.

All inclusive 2 weeks stay in May 2024. Our fourth visit to this hotel and it hasn’t changed at all in 6 years. The rooms are very basic and could do with brightening the decor as the dark varnished look is outdated even after the upgrade they have done, Another big issue was the wifi was dreadful and supposedly getting fixed as it was slower than my mobile phone that only had 2 signal bars of service.The facilities are good no problem at all with anything, the restaurant and food are very good with an excellent choice of food. The entertainment was good for both children and adults and the staff are very friendly and courteous. The area is very scenic and slightly secluded from the nearest town of St Eulalia but in a beautiful spot with its own beach

We had a great week stay at Cala Verde during the school holidays - went as 2 adults and 1 child. Room was located next to the main building and was very nice, amazing sea view and balcony, aircon, and great bathroom/facilities. It was very peaceful. Pool was lovely, we used it several times every day and there were always sunbeds. It was nice to not see people claiming sunbeds at 10am every day, we could go down whenever we wanted and always found some. The mini-water/splash park was very lively and, although we only went once, I can see why people loved it. All areas were spotless. Food was delicious, really good selection on breakfast, lunch and dinner but we made good use of the snack bar for our son as dinner at 7pm was a bit late for him. All inclusive Estrella was lovely and the coffees and cocktails were too. Mini Disco was a real highlight for him, first inside and then moved outside halfway through the week, it was so much fun. I have to say that the staff were exceptional; they made a real effort with our son who has autism - whether it's the lifeguard, the guys in the restaurant, cleaners or entertainment staff. The man who greeted us every evening was very sensitive and aware to his needs - tickling him, hugging him and giving him lollies as he got more comfortable. It made a real difference to us, so thank you. Location probably isn't great for couples as it's quite remote, but the bar area was very nice and there were a few restaurants and bars nearby as well as a few small Spar shops - Cala Blanca seemed lively which is part of the complex. The beach is literally down a short - but steep - path and was excellent, so picturesque. We didn't feel the need to venture further than the resort and the immediate area, it was perfect for us. I read a lot of complaints about Cala Blanca, but I can only put that down to the disappointment of thinking they were staying at Cala Verde. Yes, it's not as new-looking as Cala Verde, but you can use both facilities and it looked great fun. Adults-only areas and gym looked good. Would definitely return!
