My brief stay at George Residence penthouse in Lagos exceeded expectations despite its short duration. Arriving Sunday afternoon, I was immediately impressed by the efficient check-in process and the warm welcome from staff. The penthouse itself was spacious and impeccably maintained, with modern furnishings and excellent city views. Sunday evening was perfectly spent on the private balcony, watching the sunset over Lagos while enjoying room service dinner that arrived promptly and hot. The bedroom provided excellent comfort with blackout curtains that allowed me to sleep in slightly on Monday morning. The rainfall shower in the marble bathroom was a refreshing way to start my day. Monday was well-spent utilizing the high-speed WiFi for work calls while periodically enjoying the rooftop pool between meetings. The convenient Ikoyi location made my afternoon business appointment easily accessible. Even though my stay was just Sunday to Monday, the staff remembered my preferences and addressed me by name throughout. The 24-hour security provided peace of mind, and checkout was as smooth as arrival. While brief, these two days offered the perfect balance of luxury, convenience, and professional service that made even a short business trip feel like a proper getaway.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Horrible experience. I was informed that my room was no longer available on arrival. Taken to a different hotel, given a room with a concert right next door that went on until 5am! Ordered room service for dinner, came 3 hours later. Internet only works when you stand right by the room door. Very negative experience. Do not recommend!

Stayed at branch in Ikoyee. Nothing was advised ahead of time, gates, wifi, entrance to neighborhood closed, etc. Were more concerned on how to get paid. Breakfast started at 8:30 and is supposed to arrive from outside. It's now 11:00 and no sign of breakfast although multiple promises. Amenities are below average. One saving grace is the power which is ok. Don't recommend.

I had initially stayed at George Residence in Jan 2023 (studio apartment) where I had a lovely time and the staff were really friendly. There was reception on site to deal with any issues that came up. With this in mind, I decided to re-book for March 2024 (3-bed apartment) with my family. This place was ideal as it was less than 10mins walk to my family home. When we arrived in March 2024, it was to a completely different place. There was no longer a reception on site, there were guys hanging around at the gate and worst of all, the apartment I had already booked and paid for was now no longer available because the previous occupants refused to check out. The staff on ground were not willing to be of any reasonable assistance other than asking me to move to another site. It was a horrible experience for my family and I. We eventually got our money back and found somewhere else to stay after over 4hrs of back and forth and the threat of police involvement.

Had a wonderful time here with my friends, would surely choose this place again.. Then the customer service team which assisted me in getting the place were very helpful and patient.. Great job guys, definitely working with you guys again.
