Absolutely beautiful, embodies Provençal charm, rooms are gorgeous, walking distance from small downtown and provençal market and more importantly from the marais salants where you can admire the flamingoes in their natural habitat. It has a private beach but you pay for 65$/day for 2 chairs. It is a Hilton property and has special rates for Hilton honors peeps. The restaurant is also very nice and charming and the staff is very attentive and kind. Highly recommend it.

I had a terrible treatment by this place. Due to an unpredictable event affecting my pet we were unable to travel. I contacted the property explaining the problem - despite free cancellation was an option, they chose to charge me, disregarding my problem and the sorrow that goes with it. They call themselves “ecolodge’ : hardly so.

This resort was the most peaceful, relaxing, comfortable hotel my husband and I have been in. The attention to detail was impeccable as well as the customer service. The manager allowed us to check in 3 hours before our scheduled check in time, assisted with our bags, offered for us to stay late and switch out hotels due to strikes and road closures going to our next destination. He was able to upgrade our room at the next hotel where we were staying free of charge when we were unable to change our plans. In addition we thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant, the massages and the room.

Loved everything about this place - the rooms were amazing and were HUGE - the bathrooms if you are sharing with friends are a bit odd. because its all quite open plan, so best to ask for rooms with closed off bathrooms Most of the rooms had a balcony with hot tub The walk to the beach was the plus point The restaurant was cosy and small but had great food there throughout the day Just walking around it had a vibe of relaxation yet was not far from shops and restaurants if needed (by car though) We went for Christmas 22nd-26th December 2023 and had the best time with a bunch of friends

Generally, we very much enjoyed our stay. On the plus side, the room was enormous, very comfortable bed, lots of strong coffee pods with the Nespresso machine, free soft drinks in the mini bar. The food was excellent, but the portions were enormous, which meant by the time we’d eaten a starter, we didn’t really have room for our main courses. After the free nibbles with our aperos, we should have shared a starter and a main course. There is a small spa but it was very pleasant. But everything had to be switched on which meant neither the sauna nor the steam room reached a desired temperature. Staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. Our room was in the grounds and not the main building. While we were there, we had extremely heavy rain, and the paths could not cope with the drainage. As we walked to reception and our car, the path would sometimes sink into pools of rainwater. But the biggest negative has to be the €18 charge for parking, where there is absolutely nowhere else to park. Yes, I have read there is an overnight guard, and great for local employment - but at €18. Really.

Fantastic venue and team of staff. So polished and professional, just oozed class. The Operations Director was excellent in communication and hosting. The breakfast was amazing. They did a free canapes + wine welcome hour around the firepit for guests. The Ecolodge close to the sand dunes was superb, we loved it. The grounds have a pedestrian eastern exit onto the beach, with complementary sunbeds and parasols. Quiet area of the public beach as not close to any of the beach car parks. Golf carts deliver you and your luggage to the accommodation. Wooded slatted walkways, pieces of art in the trees. Brilliant the whole stay!

This was our second visit, and while our first experience was very positive, this time around, we encountered several issues that significantly detracted from our stay. Firstly, the booking process took an unusually long time—around 25 minutes. Although the staff member I spoke with was polite, she asked numerous questions and, despite my specific request not to be near the lift, we were given a room that was, in fact, the second closest to the lift. When I raised this concern upon arrival, the manager on duty pointed out that another room was technically closer, which felt dismissive rather than helpful. We were offered an upgrade for an additional £200, on top of the £500 we were already paying for the room, which we declined. Unfortunately, the noise from the lift was disruptive, though I appreciate the reception staff’s promptness in calling an engineer, and while it was eventually resolved, the overall experience was far from restful. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that nine bulbs were out in the chandelier in our room, which, along with the less-than-perfect cleanliness, did not align with the 5-star standard we were expecting. On top of this, we were charged £20-£30 for borrowing bikes for an hour and another £20 for parking, which made us feel that the hotel was more interested in maximizing revenue than providing a welcoming experience. To add to our frustration, I wrote to the hotel regarding these issues but have yet to receive any response. It’s disheartening to feel that our concerns are being ignored. We truly love the location and the potential of the hotel, but this experience has left us questioning whether we would return.
