Was staying in this place a few days last week. Hotel rooms were clean. Owner of this place Sanjeev is a very nice person. Please say hi to him when you visit this hotel. He is very pro-active in giving all information prior to arriving to the hotel and will also help out if need be while you are staying. Major issue that I found was the person who was the care taker for the rooms. this guy is hardly present when you need him. He is so lethargic, that he does not know how to train the boys under him who has to help the customer. Even though I treated him well by ordering dinner on all nights that I stayed (once for him) and other nights for the boys who were helping the customers, he does not behave as a good example on how to treat customers. Sanjeev sir - Its time to change this guy in the front desk on 2nd floor and bring someone (like a hotel industry studying graduate student) who will know how to treat customers and mentor boys under him. Also, we cannot even stand in the ground floor while we wait for our cab as its a very bad smell with the cows being present there. Not sure if you can do something about this, however, i will not be returning to your hotel mainly for this reason. Location is not that ideal for us to be there. Hope my review came out in the right spirit as I do not write reviews to spoil a business but to help them get better. All the best for Mr. Sanjeev and Dash hotels.
