メトロの駅から歩いて５分ほどです。メトロを使うと気軽に市内観光にでかけるとができるので立地はとても便利です。大きな５つ星ほてるではありませんが、ビジネスで滞在するには十分だと思います。

最初のチェックイン時の対応から、朝食バイキングの内容の充実度、柔軟な対応、施設設備の清潔さなど全てにおいて満足でした。 目の前が幹線道路なので、夜は少し交通の音が気になりましたが、また機会があれば宿泊したいと思います。

Staff were very attentive and polite and always asking if we needed anything. Special thanks to the hospitality staff and to Paramesh for looking after us. This hotel has its own water filtration system and the water (even in your room) is complimentary and completely safe to drink (a huge relief for us). We stayed in the deluxe room for 2 weeks while we had dental work done so a lot of our time was spent in our room recovering. Glad we went for the larger room for the coffee table and extra space. Air con is adjustable and the wifi was excellent. Buffet is good (especially breakfast) but it would be nice if there were more “spice free” options. Location… wished it was easier to get around so we could go to other restaurants at half the price, but this is not an area that is walk friendly, so if we went anywhere, it was by car so this detracted from getting a higher score. Pricing I think is on par with other hotels in the area which are all a bit on the expensive side, although being a fairly modern building with reliable wifi and air con was a big win for us. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

If you wish to have lip smacking food and experience excellent hospitality, one must definitely visit Mercure Hotel in Hyderabad - Banjara Hills. I have stayed here for nearly two months and the people here truely value the guests. Kudos to Will, Afreen, Niharika, Thank you so much for your outstanding, heart-warming service. The food is delicious, the buffet and the Thali is awesome. The staff is very helpful and proactive to address any issues. As a single lady staying in a different city, this hotel made me feel safe. Mercure surely was my home away from home. Highly recommend this place.

I just booked hotle in hyderabad name mercure kcp it was very nice and food is excellent and there girl her name is NOOR,she is serving very well with good manner and communicate quickly . Room was nice with neat cleaning and every day maintaining neatly washrooms was good nisce infrastructure quick response and good viee from window, tv will be there and nice clothes thanks to hotle mercure Hyderabad giving quick response for anything

I'm grateful to the mercure Hotel for having given me the opportunity to spend time during my dad's treatment in Yashoda hospital. The rooms are all tidy large spacious and the toilets are always clean thanks to the staffs especially the housekeeping staff Pramesh and Hungi in particular. I also thanks all the management and the restaurant staff they are all cooperative
