The room is clean, the hotel staff is professional, and the service is proper. The breakfast was full, and the staff was polite. The quality of food offered was acceptable, I would say that it met the standards. I strongly recommend this hotel for people with a limited budget but still without any compromise in quality of service.

Nice, comfortable room. Staff really helpful, kind and accommodating. Good location worn city centre easily accessible. Unfortunately the staff are let down by systems - room key literally did not work 8 out of 10 times, repeatedly having to call members of staff to sort it out.

The location is very good, the rooms are very good neat and clean, the staffs are very good. Ready to help any time. Over all I had a excellent stay. The Receptionist boy was very helpful and very polite.

Location is good peaceful and easy accessibility. Rooms are good but need to provide services as mentioned while booking. Breakfast options not that good. Staff was polite and good. Family and business trip people can stay.

It was a one night stay in a dim-lit hot room. AC was not working. The bathroom door lock was broken. The plug beside the bed did not work. The table was dusty. Overall a very disappointing experience.
